All of my appeals went great and were successful. However, the communication could have been better. Several times I called with a question, was told someone would call me back and never got called back., other than that I would still recommend the company service.

After years of disappointments with the VA, I called y’all. I met Heather, she was so nice made me feel there was now a chance to get positive results and she did! She is a miracle worker she found things I had forgotten. She is wonderful, have recommended you guys (Heather) to my buddy Vets struggling. So unprofessional and they are taking advantage of disabled people
These people are unprofessional and take no responsibility for there actions. Had nothing but problems and they kept putting me off missing appointments and after 3 weeks of trying still hadn’t had my claim filed. They didn’t care and couldn’t get any manager to call me so just not worth the headache especially since you are seeking help for disability. It’s truly sad and they should be more kind to there clients. I’d never refer them and anyone who does should be embarrassed they are a joke!!!

I can't say enough positive things…
I can't say enough positive things about Allsup, LLC as an entire organization. It did not matter who I talked to on the phone they are a complete team and always acted on my behalf and in my best interests.
Ana Klucker and Ryan Marchetti my Dynamic Duo VSO pair went way beyond the call of duty to assist me at all times. Their results were always at 100 percent. I can honestly say with Allsup I was in great hands and I highly recommend them to any Veteran seeking their services. I would would give them a 10 star review if it was possible. Thank you everyone and especially The Dynamic Duo Ana and Ryan for all you have done for me and continue to do for me. No communication from Allsup
April 21, 2026 we began communication about our problem, sent more information and have not heard back from anyone so far.
Then we did hear back and sent more info and then, again, nothing. We just need to know if they can help us.

Thank you very much for explaining each and every detail concerning the process while applying for my application for social security disability. I was injured at work and while this is my first workmens compensation case I was confused after my ACDF surgery with the medication I am on. Exemplary SERVICE
Forms and questionnaires are online, easy to complete and go back to several months later. Once we were assigned Gretchen, we had someone that we could call and ask questions of. Having a live human makes a big difference. Gretchen and her team were also very cognizant of the part. I played as a wife to a man with blindness. He needed extra help an extra set of ears, and Gretchen and team gave that .we appreciate all that allsup has done to speed along the disability progress.
