Well, what went wrong was we had a conversation with somebody over the phone and gave us a certain quote. And then found out the price was almost double. That also, we were supposed to get 5% off. Because we were told we can get the move done The same day we called, he then found out that he couldn't. So that's why we got to 5% off. That wasn't given to us when we found out The price was double. The movers were great but the guy on the phone not only forgot about the 5% off. He also didn't say anything about the double charge. My family and I are barely getting by we were told 317 dollars for 2 hours of labor and travel , they started physical labor 825am paperwork said it was 815am got everything to other place at 945 done moving 1030am, if my math is correct that's 2 hrs 15 min our quote was again 317$ we were told the total was 648$ we didn't have that much so we spent all we had 324$, plus 100$ deposit , and we owe 135$!!!

The two-man crew (Deondre snd Martel) arrived early to the site ready to move. They were both friendly and professional and handled my furniture as if were their own. Their efficiency was especially salient when we observed, after the move, furniture without blemishes or scarring. They made recommendations that were just in time and it saved time in the end. My walls from the previous home along with the new one were void of scratches and dings from the move. All My Sons made moving a bit too smooth and stress free - truly pleased! Thanks!

I was helped by Liam, Brian & Mitch, this is the order I met them. They were awesome! & so easy to work with. They did an excellent job & I appreciated having them help me move. I can rest assured knowing they took care of my belongings!

Everything was amazing from the call center to the movers! Everyone was very professional and friendly… the movers did everything in a timely manner and wrapped all of my belongings with care. I will be using again!

Showed up two hours late. Then called and said they were in Massillon at a storage unit... i wasnt moving to or from a unit so i was confused. I was called by three different people . Then charged a huge about for an hour or 30 mins. I will never recommend this moving company HORRIBLE communication. I will be leaving reviews and telling people about this place!

The crew was excellent. They were polite and professional. Took care in wrapping and moving bigger furniture. We ran into a couple of hiccups on our side. They had to take apart a piece of furniture to get it in the door. They did whatever was needed to get us moved in. Will definitely use this company for my next move.

Fast and easy service

The movers were great. They wrapped my precious things. Nothing was broken. It was more expensive than I planned on spending. And I felt like more stuff could’ve fit on the 27 foot truck. All my things didn’t get moved. After spending over $800 total. Couldn’t afford for them to make 2 trips.

The quote prices are not clear.. I was quoted a $388 move over the phone to be charged $963 at the end !!! They definitely need to have a system that calculates a potential total that includes move hours, fuel, and travel distance because this is something that’s calculated at the end. So that your customers are aware and able to tip your drivers!

Tito and the team were outstanding! They tackled our move faster than I could’ve imagined, everything went smooth and without a hitch! Next time I move I’m definitely asking for them specifically. Booking was quick and easy, and honestly they had the best prices in the business. We got 5 quotes and nobody could match them.

Setting up appointment was easy. Movers were professional and efficient did very good and even helped me with the dryer vent tube. Thanks for all your help.

A+ service! Our movers were professional, personable, and efficient. We had a 2 man crew that made quick work of our 3 bedroom apartment! So glad we hired movers. I felt like they took such good care of our stuff and worked very efficiently. I can’t recommend All My Sons enough!

DaiDai and Josh did a super job for us. They packaged and safeguarded our furniture really well and did all the heavy lifting moving large items from the second floor. They were courteous and professional.

This is the only company I will ever trust to move me! I have used them several times in the last few years and every single time they show up happy, ready to help andthey do their job to the absolute best of their ability and they are the most respectful crews around!

Several things went wrong during this move. For one, I warned the company and representatives I spoke with THREE SEPARATE TIMES that the apartment I was moving into had a spiral staircase. When I went to confirm with the movers day of, they said they weren’t aware. Two, the quote I was given was way lower than what I was actually charged, and the movers mentioned that this was because of mileage, even though this was calculated BEFORE the move. Three, the movers broke my dresser while moving so I had to buy a new one and haul it up a spiral staircase MYSELF. Terrible service.

The men were very professional, and right on time. A.M.S kept in touch with me throughout the moving process start to finish. The men worked quickly and efficiently. There was a dripped piece of furniture but the men were open and up-front about the mistake and I was walked through the process of filing a claim the same day, being assured of a fair market settlement to replace the piece.
I highly recommend their service to anyone.
