Deceptive Business Practices !!!

This is NOT a reputable company !!!!

I utilized this company for a recent move due to the mostly positive reviews. Not sure how they generated these reviews but they are NOT legitimate. This company does not honor the quote they provide and waits until your belongings are on their truck on the move day to change the price and add significant fees/extras. When called and confronted about the rate hike and additional fees they are very rude and short. Additionally, the manager and operations manager stated that there was nothing they could do and didn’t care how I felt.

You have been warned, expect the WORSE with this company. Do not let the nice lady/receptionist fool you into thinking this is a family company and they are on the up and up. Not True !

The crew that assisted me were professional, polite, and extremely proficient at their job. I would use them again.

I had the crew move lots of pieces around my house after a big renovation when I was pregnant and could not move much! The whole crew was very nice, handled my furniture with care and finished much faster than I expected! Will definitely be using them in the future.

I submitted an online estimate/quote to move a large, solid wood entertainment center that I had purchased on Facebook Marketplace. I quickly received a call from what I later found out was a regional dispatcher and not a local one. That person informed me there would be a 2 hour minimum at $209/hr with 1/2 hour of travel to and 1/2 hour travel from. I asked several times whether that meant the total estimate to do the job would be $418 unless it went over the 2 hour minimum (I had a friend witness the call on speakerphone). I asked very pointed questions several times to make sure that my understanding was correct that the total estimated price would be about $418 and the person said yes. My witness also had that same understanding based on that conversation. Therefore, I decided to go ahead and reserve a date and time and was then called by the local office, which turned out to be in Tukwila, WA. In order to tentatively reserve the date/time, I paid a $100 nonrefundable deposit. I was then sent the official written estimate from the local office, which by line item was the exact opposite of what I was told over the phone by the regional call center.

Both my witness and I were shocked when the estimated price came in at over $700, which also included an additional $88 charge that was never discussed or explained to me during my conversations with the two different offices.

I immediately called the local office back and ended up speaking with the manager, who stated that what I was originally told during my initial call was incorrect as I had been talking to a person outside of WA State and the laws here are different and that’s why the estimate listed 2 hours of travel time (1 hour from Tukwila to Bremerton plus 1 hour from Bremerton to Tukwila), which totaled $418 plus 1/2 hour pick up (out) and 1/2 hour delivery (in) at $209 for a grand total of $627. The additional $88 listed on the estimate wouldn’t apply to my move.

I said i would have to think about signing the estimate since it was significantly higher than what I believed I would be paying for this job. Ultimately. I felt deceived by the whole thing and lost my $100 nonrefundable deposit.

I ended up using United Moving & Storage in Bremerton where both the seller of the item I needed moved and I I lived, who charged me $375 flat rate. No ambiguity with them and did a great job.

BOTTOM LINE, don’t pay a nonrefundable deposit until AFTER you’ve been provided with the written estimate and review it carefully before signing.

Crew came ready to make my move less stressful. Everything was wrapped and packed with care at a fast pace. Crew was very efficient and took time to place every piece of furniture where we wanted it placed

We were repeat customers. The prior move was great. This one was horrible. We had minimal furniture going and a bunch of boxes. We were moving to a 3 story townhouse (2 full sets of stairs), but the house we moved from had 3 floors as well. This was the least we ever moved, and the most expensive by a lot. The moving team argued throughout the move, they talked about management and quitting using colorful language while they were being paid. They left litter all over our driveway from the house we were moving from. They DID NOT use protection for anything. Examples:
- They took an antique trunk that we showed them had a broken latch, and just chunked it upside down on a dolly and roughly dropped it downstairs allowing it to hit each step hard. I actually had gemstones inside that were knocked out of their containers. We found some laying in our garage, and still do not know what was lost.
- They broke my son’s vinyl record player table picking it up? It was broke before moving in front of my husband.
- Boxes were mixed up badly. We had to move a ton of things ourselves between floors despite my husband having had recent neck surgery and me having Psoriatic Arthritis. We told them anything marked books could stay on main floor, but they took advantage and started placing things on bottom floor regardless of how marked. We found things in closets, in the garage, etc.
- an expensive dresser/sideboard was badly damaged when they put drawers back in wrong and tried to force them in the wrong places.

They offered to pack our kitchen, paying for any boxes used, and we accepted. We knew we had to cover time. THEY PACKED ALMOST NOTHING. We found full cabinets of small appliances, canned food, etc. that would all be “moveable” by their company standards left behind. This put us way behind schedule. We now had to fit in packing and moving our kitchen. It was horrible.

I contacted management immediately. I never heard from the first person, the team’s immediate boss that they mentioned multiple times. I finally go the name of the Operations Manager, and sent him a summary and pictures. He said he would look into it, but I have never heard back. It has been weeks now. I have followed up multiple times. The customer service has been nonexistent post-move.

I would recommend trying any other company. Especially if you have anything you value.

I had such a great experience with my movers! They were helpful and made the entire process so easy from start to finish. They were clearly very competent and experienced, and everything went seamlessly.

I’m so grateful for how much easier they made my moving day. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable, professional movers!

Devyn and his coworker were incredibly professional, courteous, and efficient.

It was easy to schedule the movers. I was able to setup up the move on a Saturday, and the company was there to move me Monday. They did provide quotes at the start of the move for packing materials, but I was able to bring my own materials and avoid that cost. They can also provide additional insurance for your items during the move. I paid a 100$ deposit that went to my final cost. They request payment before unload which gives peace of mind about the work already done.

I greatly appreciated Devyn and his coworker. They had to work in rain at the beginning of the move and move all of my items down a flight of stairs. They helped disassemble the furniture I couldn't. Moving is stressful, hire these guys!

We had a crew of 2. They were fast, hardworking, courteous, personable, and careful with my things. I would definitely use them again. Everything from start to finish went great!

I hired a 4 man crew and I was very pleased with the move as a whole. They were all professionals and all my furniture arrived undamaged. They answered all my questions and the move was finished in 5 hours.
I appreciate all the wrappings and blankets on everything. The only issue was the late arrival due to crew shortage and they did charge me for mattress pads that were not used (this was refunded during their after-move courtesy call, so that was lovely).
I had a discount through AARP and they honored a local discount given to me so I was super happy with the pricing. This was the main reason I went with All My Sons. Thanks for all the hard work! Definitely worth it.

From my initial phone call I felt at ease. Customer service was impeccable. Price and flexibility even with me calling less than 24 hours in advanced to have my uncle moved was very accommodating. Movers were great and very curtious. Thank you so much for all of your help through a very difficult and stressful time.

i wish I could give zero stars! This company is the absolute worst! be warned! The day of my move, two of three employees arrived high and the smell lingered in my house. They were paid by the hour and because I had to leave for a bit, they milked the clock. i came home to them using my microwave and eating. The estimate I was given was doubled.
But the worst part is that they ruined about $18,000 worth of furniture. Drug my cream linen couch across asphalt, scraped a leather chair (left unwrapped), damaged a farmhouse custom table, scraped the entire side of a bookcase, ruined my bed posts. Then they refuse to compensate for damage. Do NOT Aude this horrible company. Horrible experience!!!’n

My moving team was amazing! Kind, speedy. Very careful and respectful of all my belongings. I was very angry and frightened going into moving day. Lots of communication issues with the office prior to the move and the day of the move. They dispatched the movers to my house before the time they told me they were scheduled to arrive. They almost canceled my moved due to communication issues even when I had someone call and confirm my move when I couldn’t. But the amazing moving team I had made up for all the set backs caused by the scheduling/ office team.

Well, what went wrong was we had a conversation with somebody over the phone and gave us a certain quote. And then found out the price was almost double. That also, we were supposed to get 5% off. Because we were told we can get the move done The same day we called, he then found out that he couldn't. So that's why we got to 5% off. That wasn't given to us when we found out The price was double. The movers were great but the guy on the phone not only forgot about the 5% off. He also didn't say anything about the double charge. My family and I are barely getting by we were told 317 dollars for 2 hours of labor and travel , they started physical labor 825am paperwork said it was 815am got everything to other place at 945 done moving 1030am, if my math is correct that's 2 hrs 15 min our quote was again 317$ we were told the total was 648$ we didn't have that much so we spent all we had 324$, plus 100$ deposit , and we owe 135$!!!
