The movers were so kind and so considerate when moving my things, treating my furniture as if it were their own. Always made sure to ask me questions to clarify which pieces were going to which location since we were moving into a house and a separate storage unit. They navigated my tricky stairs and awkward small door openings at both my old and new house. They were also just good people and made the process feel easy!

The guys that moved us were great! They did a fantastic job! Would highly recommend you to friends/family!

Third time using this company and would use again. Not the cheapest... but definitely worth the price.

Scheduled with them for move a piano and bar on 9/22. They never showed, never called. I called to find out where they were, was told they needed to change out the truck. Called an hour later and still weren't coming. They rescheduled me to today 8-8:30am. Said they'd call to confirm the night before. I never got a call and when I tried to call, no one answered so sent text and email to call me first thing. I called at 7am, was told I was on the schedule and they'd call me back with ETA. Called back at 8am and was told they would check with the driver. Was then told they were 27 minutes out so I go to the house to wait for them. No one shows up, no call. I call at 9:01am, they say they need to call and find out. I call back at 9:14am, they need to call the driver. The driver calls me now at 9:23am to tell me they'll be here at 11-12pm. I said nope, I was told I was first on the schedule for today and why were they not here. Elijah was driver and he was very rude, Chris was office person that always gave me the runaround and clearly told me false stuff and Morgan was the one who rescheduled me for first thing 9/28 and gave me discount. They are horrible, never will use them, never will recommend them, they never called me except to get me to book, after that I had to call them constantly to get any answers and even those were fake. Definitely use someone else.

We hired All My Sons to pack, transport and unpack our one bedroom apartment in a local move about 15 minutes away. One of our packers had been on the job for only 3 days. He was not at all qualified to prepare our antiques for the move. As he was wrapping an end table by running around it with plastic wrap he broke one leg completely off. One of the crew broke the wood blinds on a door. The next day when items had been moved by a completely different crew three other pieces of furniture had been severely damaged. A large, English antique drop leaf desk had been broken into two pieces-the top part completely separated from the base. Another end table had a leg broken off, the brace of a tall chest had broken off, a piece of inlaid wood was broken off of another chest. We purchased extra coverage for up to $5000 worth of damage. We filed a claim for all the damage and sent pictures and a written estimate of $2400 for the repairs. Monumental damage for a 10 mile move! They offered $950! Unacceptable! Then they offered $1200 as a final offer. They have taken no responsibility for their carelessness and incompetence and expect us to pay for their mistakes, even after we have paid extra for them to cover this inexcusable damage. We have spent hours providing all the information and pictures that they have requested to no avail. We have been forced to file a complaint with the Texas DMV and have requested mediation from TxDMV as well. Our moves across country have not caused this much damage. They are a terrible company and I would STRONGLY encourage anyone to avoid doing business with them. Please please stay away!!

The All My Sons crew took care to ensure all of our furniture was wrapped and covered to make it to our new home. They were on time, professional and pleasant. To boot, it rained the entire time we moved and they did not complain at all. I’ve used All My Sons in the past and will use them again!

I had a great experience with All My Sons. The gentleman that assisted with the move were polite, timely, and efficient. I would definitely use All My Sons again!

The guys who moved us, Ray, Tyrone and Stefan were great! Courteous, friendly and hard working. Wouldn’t let me try to do anything but lift a finger to point where I wanted things placed. I got anxious and they told me “we got you” and they did! Would hire ALL MY SONS if I ever had to move again! Thank you ALL MY SONS!!!

My experience with All My Sons Moving & Storage was excellent. It was a three day storm. We moved on a rainy Saturday. 4 movers came and got the job done in 2-3 hours! I will highly recommend. Customer service was excellent. They were very polite, friendly and professional.

The two movers I had were awesome! They were very courteous and took pride in moving my items! They even went the extra mile to help solve when I had an issue with the final payment. Now that’s when the lower rating comes in. The representative on the phone wasn’t completely clear on the charges that I would be facing. The flat rate was nothing compared to the ending charge. So, even after asking for the breakdown and roughly what I’ll be paying was not clear in the end! But I would give Dequan and Tyrese 5 stars!!!

Do Not Use this company. They came to move my stuff in storage. They said they could not move the open boxes which is totally understandable so I started taking the open boxes and putting them into my van. They then disappeared for a few minutes. They came back and said they did not feel comfortable moving. Without any explanation except that. I called the company who said they just didn’t give a reason except saying someone was irate which is absolutely not true. I could not believe this. This is the only day and I have sitters for my kids. This has been the worst experience. The furniture they did get out they just left outside of the storage and I can’t get it back in by myself. Do not use this company. If they don’t want to work they will just leave and obviously make anything up. Do not trust this company.

If I had the option to remove this only star I’d definitely remove it!!!!. When I contacted this company it felt like a great experience, however after the “supposed professional” staff arrived the real disappointment started. These people were not able to disassemble our bed and took forever, then to assemble it at the new location obviously didn’t do it correctly so my husband and I had to figure out how to fix the bed after a very exhausting day even though we paid over $1000 for this circus. We were told $229 per hour and we didn’t ask for extra material but they ended up doing whatever they wanted. They also broke the light of the back of the bed. More money we need to spend now . They broke a leg of a bar More money thrown away, because they were not careful with our stuff at alllll. They took forever for everything, or at least more time that was needed so we felt taken advantage of, if you ever need to move do yourself a favor a avoid these scammers!!!
