Thank you for your review! We’re glad you received exactly what you ordered so quickly.
Duty makes buying parts expensive
Shipping was free, but I had to pay a duty on the parts I ordered. Once I added the duty onto the cost of the parts, it was cheaper to buy a whole new product

Thank you for your feedback and for sharing your experience. We’re sorry to hear that the import duty made your order more expensive than expected. Unfortunately, customs fees are set by local authorities and are outside our control, but we understand how frustrating that can be. We appreciate your honesty and will keep your experience in mind as we look for ways to make purchasing from us easier and more cost-effective.
Excellent service.
Great service. Quick delivery. From Sweden to Australia in less than a week. No charge for shipping.

Great service, great product
My order arrived quicker than estimated. Despite being well packaged one of the plastic containers was broken. I emailed the company and the replacement piece was shipped to me right away. The choppers (3 PC set) seem to be good quality and I love the small screen that lifts the debris from the small spaces, making cleaning them a breeze.

Odpowiedź od Alligator of Sweden
Thank you for your honest feedback—we’re glad to hear you found the products great, even if the price felt high. We understand your concern about the cost, especially when it comes to small but precise components.
If you take in consideration that the normal shipping cost is around $10 (99 SEK) the price of the replacement parts are very reasonable considering that you have a 2-year warranty on them.
Part of the price reflects the high-precision molds and durable materials we use to ensure the product performs reliably over time. Still, we appreciate your perspective and will keep feedback like yours in mind as we review our pricing and production processes.
We truly value your support and hope the quality continues to make a difference for you.
