Where to begin… I and my fiancé spent forever looking for somewhere to get our dream wedding rings made. From the very start, Suhail made us feel super comfortable with no pressure or awkwardness. He made sure he put our vision to life with nothing but super helpful tips and advice along the way. During the process, there were multiple updates and countless pictures and progress steps. He went above and beyond to make sure we had exactly what we wanted. During the design steps, there were tweaks we wanted to make and nothing was too much hassle. Every woman dreams of her perfect ring, and Suhail made sure to bring that vision to life and delivered it beyond expectation. Not only that, Suhail himself is the most down-to-earth jeweller with immense knowledge. They send you out prototypes to make sure ur happy which is amazing because u get a real feel for what your getting especially if your designing your own ring from scratch like I did

My whole experience with Alliance jewels was beyond amazing. Exceptional service and my ring is absolutely perfect. Each stage of the completion of my ring was documented and shared with us! i was hesitant at first buying such a big special investment online without seeing the ring physically, but it was the easiest online transaction i have ever done. We had a great experience buying my engagement ring with Alliance. I’d spent about 6 months looking for a ring after accepting the proposal and a really terrible time with a high street jewellery shop. I came across Alliance on Instagram and had some messages back and forth, but thought can I trust a company I found on social media?!! The process was so supportive from start to finish. I was given ideas to fit my budget, had CAD drawings in 24 hours and two resin models in a few days. From that I decided on the ring and I had the ring about two weeks later. Whilst the service was super fast, the constant communication and care throughout was brilliant.
This is a totally personal and bespoke service. You won’t get this on the high street. We had receipts immediately for the deposit and full payment, and I know we can get the ring changed in sized and cleaned afterwards if needed too.
I’m glad we took a chance as my ring is exceptional!

I designed my ring with the help of Suhaib, he guided me what would be durable whilst still working with my design to give me the best possible outcome. I can honestly say everytime I look at our rings I’m in awe, he worked in my budget to give such stunning rings. A year later I decided I wanted anniversary wedding band and I trusted Suhaib to design a delicate band that integrate so nicely with my ring. Throughout the process, he’s been transparent, approachable and knowledgeable and that’s something so important when you’re spending a lot of money on potentially you’re most important Jewellery you’ll ever buy such as wedding rings. Suheil told me everything I needed to know about diamonds, helped me pick the perfect one based on size, colour and clarity and my budget.

I gave him a few ideas for the design, and in a few hours had the cad render of how it would look when it was finished.

He kept me in the loop every step of the way and the ring even came in a beautiful light box.

My partner and I were searching for an engagement ring. At the time, when it came to diamonds and their various nuances, we were very green.

Alliance Team made the process of getting said ring very easy. From initial meeting to end product, we were guided and updated by the team. They were straight talking, had the knowledge and expertise which resulted in a spectacular end product.

Having these characteristics gave me the trust and confidence in them - which was something that was missing from the other businesses we went to.

I was kept abreast every step of the way, from reviewing and approving the initial design to finished product, it was very easy. A great part of my experience was the expert advice I was given in regards to the diamond they recommended.

I don't usually brother with reviews but an outstanding team like alliance Jewels deserve an honest review. Initially, I was hesistant about consulting a jewels business through Instagram. However, Suhail and his team quickly eased my worries. He put in the effort to keep me updated with the process from designing the ring to its production via WhatsApp videos. The team wasn't judgemental and worked efficiently within my budget, I didn't feel like I was being scammed which has been a concern of mine previously with other businesses. I was over the moon when I went to collect the final product, all done and dusted within 2 weeks. Have since been as a returning customer but initially went in knowing nothing about rings: On recommendation I trusted Alliance Jewels with an engagement ring and both wedding bands.

First visit was to get a feel for things, was able to try on some rings for size and describe what I wanted for all rings.

Had direct contact with Suhail throughout and always a prompt response to any queries via call/message.

Rings were to our specification and they were able to send digital renders then like a plastic version before the real ring. Rings were absolutely spot on btw. Thank you!
