What an amazing service I have received from Alliance Jewels! I bought my wife’s engagement ring from them, and the service has been absolutely 10/10 from start to finish.

My wife has lost a significant amount of weight, so the ring needed resizing. Alliance Jewels took the ring back and had it resized within just a few days. I received it back within a week — absolutely fantastic service!

Amazing service from Suhail and his team! From start to finish, the whole process was so smooth, professional and accommodating. I was constantly asking questions and changing my mind, but Suhail couldn’t have been more patient and gracious with every request — nothing was ever too much trouble.

He even went above and beyond by creating two wax melts for my partner, as he couldn’t decide between two different designs. This made the whole process so much easier and really helped us decide on the perfect ring. Suhail also sourced the most beautiful diamond, which truly brought the whole ring together.

And the ring… absolutely exquisite! It’s everything I dreamed of and more. I couldn’t be happier with it and will absolutely 110% be back for our wedding bands!

From day one, they were attentive, honest, and incredibly patient. No matter how many questions I asked or how indecisive I was, they never made me feel like a burden.
What really stood out was the communication. I was kept updated throughout with CAD designs, photos, and videos, and I always knew exactly where things stood. Most impressively, they managed to create a completely bespoke engagement ring, including custom engraving, within just 10 days!! The craftsmanship is incredible and you can tell they genuinely care about getting every detail right. They didn’t just make a ring, they brought my vision to life and saved my proposal plans in the process. I got my engagement ring from Alliance Jewels almost two years ago, and I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. From the very beginning, Suhail who helped me design and bring my vision to life was attentive, patient, and professional.
Recently, one of the small stones on my ring came loose (I wear it constantly and am quite active, so it’s had plenty of contact with water and creams). I reached out to Suhail straight away with a photo, and even after nearly two years, he responded within 24 hours. He directed me to their workshop, and to my amazement, the ring was repaired and polished within just 15 minutes!
Not only was the missing stone replaced perfectly, but the entire ring was cleaned and restored to its original sparkle honestly, it looked brand new. I was blown away by how smooth and efficient the entire process was.
Even when I first received my ring, the team went above and beyond when I had delivery concerns, they offered to personally meet me to ensure it arrived safely. That level of care and customer service is rare.
