I have just received my wedding ring to match my beautiful amazing incredible engagement ring. My engagement ring was designed by my Fiancé with the help of the incredible Suhail at Alliance Jewels. So we asked Suhail to help design a matching wedding ring.
I cannot recommend Suhail at Alliance Jewels highly enough. The customer service is exceptional and nothing is too much trouble to help with incredible invaluable and expert advice and designs through to the finished ring.
I am so in love with both my beautiful rings and there are no words to thank Sulhail enough!

Amazing service. Alliance were happy to answer any questions and even minor changes i made throughout the process. Gave me there opinion and helped loads. Photos and messages throughout. Was rather worried we only seeing on instagram. But i can assure you, these do not disappoint.

My fiancé and I met Suhail at his office a couple of months ago to go through our ring options. He was so professional and patient and explained the whole process to us. His prices are also much better than other industry competitors but also realistic for the product and service provided. My fiancé ordered the ring when he was ready and got the ring within the expected timeframe. He got the engagement ring and wedding band as a set. Both look stunning and are made to such high standards. My ring has since also bent a bit and Suhail is getting that fixed for me. I couldn’t be happier with the service and quality of the product!

Alliance Jewels walked me through the entire process. I knew the exact ring I want, they allowed me to pick each detail. The team then executed the CAD designs and confirmed with me before proceeding.

I was kept in the loop at each stage and sent update pics showing the progress. Reaction from those that have seen the ring - ‘Best ring I have ever seen in my life’! Honestly, ring is stunning and the team have gone beyond all expectations.

My mrs sent me alliances insta and at first, to be honest I was sceptical. Later on I trusted her to have done all due diligence and we found a nice ring and ordered it and got it delivered and WOW. Was very happy with the quality of the product, the services given and even now when we have had to decided to change certain features on my wifes ring, they have sorted us out and have been really really helpful. She got my ring from here too and I'm impressed with it (although im not one to wear accessories) I like to wear this ring. Overall very happy with the service. I would definitely recommend them, it was surprisingly quick aswell! My wife is really happy with her ring and we are happy with the price we paid.

I found alliance Jewels when I was not happy with any other previous jewelers I had found to make my engagement ring, I found exactly what I wanted, I gave the info to my now fiance for when he was ready, and communication from start to finish including their end product was flawless, I adore my ring and get so many compliments on it and we will be returning for our wedding bands soon, after care has been second to none aswell for resizing and assistance months after the sales completed still more than happy to help, couldn't recommend them enough

I was looking for a custom made ring to propose to my fiancé in Venice on valentines without all the expense of using a company with a big brand name I showed them the type of ring I wanted it to look like and they made it and posted out to me within just THREE WEEKS! Off to Venice we went and needless to say she said yes the ring is absolutely flawless in its design and I can’t thank all the guys at alliance enough for all their help if I ever needed them for something else jewelry related they’d be the first people I messaged

I got my engagement ring from Alliance Jewels and the service was amazing. I was kept up to date on the process and our ring was ready in advance. We chose our diamond, received CAD designs and a prototype before the ring was produced. It’s an absolutely beautiful ring and I would totally recommend Alliance Jewels every time!

I was recommended to Alliance Jewels by my friend who also got her rings from this brand.I was very stressed and needed to get my rings sorted within a few weeks so I contacted Alliance Jewels and Suhail made the process for me very easy with excellent customer service.They would notify me of every step in the ring making process to make sure I was happy with the design and details and if I had a question they would reply within seconds not to mention the speed at which they got the ring to me just in-time for my engagement party.I have since got so many complaints regarding my rings.I couldn’t recommend Suhails diamond company enough!…

Highly recommend Suhail and his team at Alliance Jewels! From the first time I enquired, the communication was brilliant. He immediately mocked me up a ring based on other designs I’d seen and got back to me with a price. I’ve not received this kind of customer service with any other jewellers.

Suhail then worked with me to create my engagement ring to be totally how I would like it, tweaking the design and making suggestions for me until it was perfect.

I loved that I was able to try a wax mould of the ring so I could really see and feel a version of it in person before committing.

I asked for it to be resized twice which he did, no problems. They even repaired and resized another ring of mine for no extra cost.

I’m so pleased with my engagement ring and I know that if I have any issues or need any customer service in the future, Suhail and his team will be on hand.

It’s very likely be coming to Alliance for our wedding bands.
