Dr Fox has always been pleasant, helpful and informative, many thanks!

Our visit was good, no waiting and we managed to get additional tests done on the day which was great, and saved us another trip there!
The staff downstairs were absolutely great and very personable!

Whilst the care and tests administered by Dr Tsilochristou were excellent, the pre and post administration needs a complete overhaul. Administrative staff need training in dealing with prospective patients. Patients need to be treated professionally, with empathy and respect. All communication, including emails need to be properly addressed to the patient rather than generically. Demanding payment up front should not be done in a menacing way.

The doctors were great but when it comes to the blood test, they were very unprofessional

Professor Fox and his extremely able and welcoming team take the stress out of the very stressful business of having a sick child. I cannot recommend his services highly enough. He will stop at nothing to get to the bottom of a problem. Thank you again.

I thought the actual advice was good and helpful. But I did think the session was shockingly expensive. We were there for just over an hour and paid £800 (no blood or lab work). A test to blow into a tube was £120 and there were two. I felt as a self-pay that it was geared to those with comfy insurance policies.

Dr Fox explained everything very clearly and helped us understand my son’s allergies better. He was very attentive and helpful overall.

I can't recommend Prof Fox and his team highly enough. I have a 6mo baby and the care and attention they gave him throughout the investigation was superb. Prof Fox is super knowledgeable and very patient with all questions. Victoria, who performed the skin tests, and Dr Mass who supervised the food challenges were amazing with us. Always with a smile, a word of encouragement, and jokes to lighten the mood (thanks Dr. Mass!). A process that could have been stressful due to its nature, was made much better. Prof Fox always made sure to come and say hi and answer questions while we were under the care of his team doing the food challenges. The team who booked all the appointments (Rachel, Caroline, Claire and Issy) were always very helpful and patient as well. Thank you team, for helping us go through such a difficult time and for making us feel in good hands and taken care of.

Dr Adma Fox was brilliant ! He provided us with a plan for going forward with our daughters treatment and made me feel reassured about everything. He had excellent bedside manner and I feel confident with my daughter under his care.

I can’t thank Professor Till enough for the kindness, reassurance and thorough explanations I received at my appointment. I had really worked myself up over my symptoms and within minutes of my appointment that totally changed and I felt much calmer. I finally got answers to something which I have been experiencing for years. Highly recommend.

Great care and very pleasant experience. Dr Fox advice and care gave a peace of mind that our baby is getting the right care.

Prof Fox is an excellent paediatric allergy specialist, listens and responds to questions. Only good experiences with both children with the whole team. Highly recommended.

Prof Fox was great with our 8 year old, he put him at ease immediately, took the time to explain to him what to expect. He is extremely kind, approachable and professional. We had all the tests done quickly on site and left with a clear plan and follow up.

I saw Dr Fox with my five year old son as he was sneezing more than normal and I had a suspicion he was allergic to something. Dr Fox immediately engaged my son in conversation and made him feel part of the process and at ease. Dr Fox listened to everything I had to say and said what he thought was the case but sent my son next door to the nurse to have skin tests done. My son feel in love with the nurse who had him on side immediately! I was quite worried about how my son would deal with the tests but he was absolutely fine throughout. Dr Fox’s thoughts were confirmed by the tests and having implemented what he suggested my son is greatly improved. Would highly recommend.

Incredibly approachable and understanding. Very easy to speak with and gave realistic expectations and advice for management. Victoria was so good with our super wiggly seven month old. The whole process was efficient!

First and foremost, professor Fox and all the staff were excellent. They were professional yet personable and explained the prognosis and diagnosis in a clear way.

It was an appointment for my four year old son and they put him at ease despite the unfamiliar surroundings and test.

The only factor holding back a 5 star review is the premises. Whilst perfectly clean and tidy, the building (Centennial Medical Centre, Elstree) is a bit tired and the waiting area was too small to comfortably accommodate everyone awaiting results so we had to sit in a side room and later the landing area outside.
