I needed a curtain product and very fast delivery .(stand for my bushbeck barbecue)
The service was exceptional , the customer service responsive was very very helpful, the service was excellent, he got my product to me the very next day.
I definitely will be ordering in the future

Great experience
Great experience. I was let down by another company on an outdoor kitchen order. I then discovered Alfresco Chic and liked the Cozze units they stock. Contacted them to check stock and delivery timelines and their replies were incredibly prompt and helpful. The product was delivered right on time and the quality is incredible. Great communication throughout from the point of order right through to delivery (and the driver even took away the pallets, which are normally a pain). Can’t fault the experience.

Bon solo order
We recently ordered the Bon solo for our garden, along with some other items and are absolutely delighted with our order! The corten steel option looks great and is the perfect size for our patio space. Dealing with Stuart was a pleasure who emailed personally and kept us in the loop on the status of our order at all times. Delivery time was within 2/3 working days. Overall can’t fault the products or service from Alfresco Chic and will definitely be ordering again!
