We ordered uniform worth £1.5k for our care agency and were waiting more than a month for it!
What an awful experience. We haven't received the uniform still. The company mentions that the problem is with the DHL Delivery, however no one from Alexandra gave us any calls or told us anything until we have contacted them about this issue. Very bad experience!

Awful company. I made 2 orders in September, of which the first order I returned 2 items and am yet to receive the correct amount refund. The second order I returned one part of it, yet again still awaiting a refund, the other item on the order I never received. After attempting to call and sort out refunds they hang up as you get through, do not reply to emails or Facebook messages. I’m now £50 out of pocket as they have not refunded me. Absolutely awful company with poor communication

Excellent quality uniforms and reliable service from Alexandra. The materials are durable, comfortable, and look professional. Orders always arrive on time, and the customer service team is very helpful.

This company is a disaster from start to finish. Not only have they failed to deliver the crucial lab coat for my daughter, but they also cannot manage their finances:
Missing Item: The lab coat has not arrived since ordering on 4th September.
Double Debit/Charge: My account was incorrectly DEBITED TWICE for £61 each—a total of £122 taken for one missing item.
Ghosting Customer Service: My emails are completely ignored, or I receive a useless automated reply saying the order is "processing." This is unacceptable.
I have been robbed of £122 and have no product. Avoid Alexandra Company at all costs! Sort out my order and refund the double charge immediately.
UPDATE: I've been contacted promptly by the customer service team who apologised for the error of keeping the item online despite being out of stock, and offered to cancel the order and provide a full refund. Also , they explained that the double charge was in error, and promised to provide a refund. I'll come back here for further update once I receive both refunds.
UPDATE 2: I've been refunded the £122 today. Thank you

Communication is absolutely shocking with this company. placed an order 12th September and still says processing with no communication. Still waiting on the 27th October. Tried to contact to no avail. Feel this company are scammers

One star seems too generous! Ordered and received my items with no problem HOWEVER I need to return them all as they are too big and slightly different colour to my uniform and that has been a nightmare! Have tried online chat 20+ times and it always says no one is available, tried emailing and received responses to say “ due to a unforeseen circumstance we won’t be able to reply to your email for 48hours” that’s plus the two emails I sent last week that have gone with no replies! Tried calling 10+ times and the phone line is down due to a “unforeseen circumstance” too. Tried messaged in instagram with no reply!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
I am a student and haven’t started my job to get paid yet and the total cost of my order was nearly £70 which now I can’t seem to get back!!!!! And the end of my patience with this company and will NEVER EVER purchase from here again! Will be reporting to everyone possible! Scam company!

PLEASE, BE WARNED ....... Do not waste your time buying anything from this company. I placed an order, never received it. After hours on the phone trying to get through I was then told they were 'very sorry but we've been busy'!! and it had now been despatched. This was a lie as again nothing arrived and when I called again I was told the item had never been sent. By this point I was so cross I cancelled the order. I subsequently had to email over and over again to try and get a refund. Eventually I had a reply to say 'very sorry for the delay! and I would get refunded in 5-10 days but as of today which is 2 weeks later - NO REFUND. I am appalled that this company has the Royal Warrant. I honestly have never experienced such bad customer service. You have been warned.

Unfortunately, it’s impossible to get hold of a customer service representative about my order. The phone line doesn’t connect, the web chat isn’t manned and I’ve sent 3 emails with no response.

One star is too much.
The worst customer service ever. Their online system doesn't work properly. If you have an issue you can be on hold for over 45 minutes before they even pick up the phone.
There are so many other companies out there that actually try to look after their customers. I will be giving my business to someone else next time who actually tries and cares and deserves our business.
How on earth this company got the Royal Warrant beats me. They should not be in business with their attitude.

God forbid you ever need to return items if the size is wrong. They ignore e mails and don't tell you how to return. Avoid this company. They don't care!

Ordered a scrub top ,I returned it and I am currently still waiting for my refund ,despite showing proof of postage ,royal mail proof of delivery ,I think everyone knows how hard nhs staff work and how little they get paid ,we cannot afford to purchase uniform and not recieve the refund ,shocking company ,shocking customer service .

Ordered from this company, poor quality items wishing to return.
Attempted to phone with no response, emailed customer service no response. Filled in online for no response. Items came with no returns labels now it appears I am stuck with these items unable to return. Awful company

So they replied to my initial review and asked for more details so they could look into why I have not recieved a refund 5 weeks after returning order. Heard nothing since! Where do I go next? Credit card company to report fraud maybe..

Placed an order for a work shirt on 9th Sept after making sure the size was available. Waiting 10 days but no shirt, contacted the company to be told its out of stock until 19th. It's now 1st oct, still no shirt and no response from the company despite repeated emails. Order number AW901009172 if the company can be bothered to check.

Courier said attempted delivery on several occasions, dont know where to but was to the huge unmissable medical centre it should of been delivered to. Waited several weeks befir i had to contact Alexandra myself to chase, and was inbformed that the parcel had been returned to them by the courier. I ws informed that a refund had been sent, bit hadnt until the day i made contact. Lack of comminiction with the ckient is unprofessional

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Alexandra. After my return was lost, I reached out for a refund or credit, but they refused to offer any form of resolution. Customer service was unhelpful and dismissive, showing no willingness to take responsibility for the issue. I would caution others to be aware, as I found the company untrustworthy and unaccommodating.
