I'm very grateful to When the Bank Says No because as a self-employed person it was hard for me to get a mortgage and I had tried two brokers already. Ashley, Sam and the rest of the team were very helpful and stayed in touch throughout the conveyancing process to make sure everything went smoothly. Without them I would not have been able to buy the home I did so I'm very pleased that I found them.

After being left with some arrears on my current mortgage from the other party, I thought it would be impossible to get a mortgage on my own, but Richard & Rachael have pulled out all the stops & helped me achieve my dream of owning my own home, the communication is fantastic, sending documents through the app makes everything so easy, I couldn’t of asked for a better service, I would highly recommend when the bank says no, when you think it’s impossible to get a mortgage they make it possible
