As a single mum with poor credit, I’ve always done everything I can for my kids ,working full time and juggling bills, but owning a home felt completely out of reach. Billy was super helpful and got the process done quickly, with a quote accepted the day we called and an official offer 3 working days later. As a first time buyer he made the process very easy. We were then passed on to Brad, who pushed our solicitor and chased them, adding the pressure for them to do their job, and checking in with us regularly to make sure everything was going as planned. Well what can I say but thank you too the amazing team that helped us especially Ashley and Brad and there was a lady as well im sorry I cannot rember her name they have all gone above and beyond with the service. Every question answered in record time nothing was ever a problem, even when the house got pulled off the market and we had to start again we had nothing but help and support from all three so again thank you guys so much you three are a credit to the company and we cannot thank you enough.

I honestly cannot thank this team enough — they have been absolutely incredible from start to finish!

From the very first call with Lewis, who went above and beyond to find a lender willing to work with my situation, I knew I was in good hands. Then came Laura, who spent seven long weeks helping me get the mortgage offer approved. She was so patient and kind, even when I got emotional (I definitely cried a few times on the phone to her!). She kept me calm and reassured every step of the way.

Once the offer was confirmed, Sam Burgess took over my case and was just as brilliant — professional, friendly, and on top of everything.

But I have to give a huge special mention to Brad. In the final weeks, he was in touch with me almost every day, chasing updates and making sure everything stayed on track. When I needed an extension from the lender, he made it happen quickly and efficiently.

Mark Brazier and Kayleigh Sharland were both great. From the very first step all the way through had the best experience with them. Responded very quickly to any queries kept me up to date with everything along the way. Anything I struggled to sort would help me to get it done. Also refreshed rates before completion to ensure got the best rate possible. Made one of the most stressful parts about moving an absolute breeze, could not recommend them enough!
