Calls to customer service department result in no results. Despite one call with the request for the URL for online-check in, I did not receive the promised email reply. Despite two calls that I do not accept to be automatically billed for a "trip insurance" for which I have not signed up for, the amount for the insurance was automatically added to the price of the cruise and charged to my credit card.
I would not deal with this company, who's business practices seem tricky and need to be carefully checked, for any other business.

Ok online service, but I feel misled by deposit refund policy. Cruise line refunds, but Alaska. Cruises keeps part of deposit. Hmmm.

I haven't taken my cruise yet. The on line booking experience was excellent! I'm very excited about my cruise to Alaska!!
