Great products

Ordering online is simple and free delivery is usually 1-2 days it was a little longer with small order and paying for delivery but used a different courier.

Your still advertising next day…

Your still advertising next day delivery. You have not offered this for months now. So never sure when I'll get a delivery.
Your new website I know you have tried to brighten up, but how bright/ tone the pink is is very hard for dyslexic people to read

Hi, sorry to hear that you've been previously unhappy with our delivery service. If you have ordered through our website, orders placed after 12pm on a Friday and anytime on a Saturday or Sunday will usually be dispatched the following Monday, or next working day if a bank holiday.

We offer multiple delivery options depending on your needs. Please reach out to us if you require more information.

Hair bands

The hair bands have become unusable. They used to be tight and lasting a good few weeks. They are now loose and as stretched at first use as they used to be when I was putting them in the bin after weeks of use. Very disappointing and a let down!!!!

Shopping experience

I frequently go to the Sheffield Alan howards warehouse where i always recieve very good service expecially my last few occasions where your team members Julie and Becky were very assisting and helpful.

Excellent staff

Excellent, super quick service, really good communication and lovley ladies in the Rochdale store. First time visit to collect an order today will definitely be going back.

Used click and collect

Used click and collect ordered it on the bank holiday Monday and collected next day had a message and email to say it was ready and waiting. Will be using this again!

Very good company

Very good company , i have ordered from them on numerous occasions, there price point is very good , very competitive, deliveries have always been on time and they a have very good selection of products.
this is without doubt, one of the better hair and beauty wholesalers out their .

and no i dont work for them LOL
