Purchased a lovely eternity ring today from Meir Newman. Excellent variety of rings available to choose from and Meir was very informative and helpful. Definitely recommend Alan Bick and Meir.

Excellent service again. Over the year's I have bought a engagement ring and our wedding rings from Bicks. They were the obvious choice when choosing my wife's eternity ring. It compliments the previous rings superbly and we couldn't be happier. Will definitely use again when looking for that special piece.

My wife and I wanted a pair of matching diamond encrusted eternity rings. Our experience at Alan Bick was very positive. We were able to talk through our design ideas and budget without any pressure or "hard sell." The whole experience was very relaxed and friendly. The rings were made to order and are of incredible quality. Even better than we had imagined. The whole buying experience was just perfect.

Matt at Alan Bick is by far the best person in business I’ve dealt with, I first met him in 2010 where he made my wife’s engagement ring, since then he has done my wedding rings, eternity rings, repairs and cleaning of all jewellery. My lovely husband ordered an Eternity Ring from Alan Bick 13 years after we married. We actually purchased our wedding bands from AB all that time ago, so, we already knew the quality, value, service and overall customer service we would get.
Meir was absolutely fantastic and gave me some guidance on the ring. It arrived yesterday, as promised, and to say WOW! doesn't seem enough, it's absolutely gorgeous. The quality of the band and stones is amazing. I am very pleased and cannot praise Meir and the staff enough. Bought my engagement ring from Alan Bick. Fiancé said it was ‘perfect’. Matt was very friendly and helpful and I went away very satisfied.

I needed a valuation of my engagement ring for my insurer. Meir and the team were great at communicating online and offered an appointment for the same day. On arriving at their office they were professional, efficient and provided everything required. I would be happy to recommend.

My wife and i have been using Alan Bick jewellers for 15 years, Alan made my wife's engagement ring after i went into his office, with my picture of an emerald cut ring and idea of a budget all those years ago. He made a most beautiful ring and still my wife gets compliments on it. He went on to make our wedding bands also. We still only go to Alan but deal with Matt Bick. He has made a snowman diamond necklace and recently a platinum and diamond tennis bracelet, all stunning and affordable. As the last one is this years Christmas present, she doesn't know yet, but i know what her reaction will be already. All of the jewellery is made by hand in London and is stunning. I entered into conversations with Matt last year to upgrade my wife's engagement to an eternity ring as a 25 year anniversary gift. Not only did Matt entirely understand what we wanted, the speed at which he delivered an incredible product was quite frankly amazing. My wife loved her new ring and it was made that much more special by the very professional yet friendly approach by Matt.

A year later and we decided to upgrade my wife initial wedding ring, in order to match the new eternity ring.
Once again Matt was incredible. Through several phone calls, Matt sourced Exactly what we wanted and sent it via a next day courier in order that my wife could wear it to a very special occasion.

Needless to say the rings look incredible, my wife is over the moon, and I cannot recommend Matts manner in the way that he delivers on everything he says. He is a fantastic person and I wouldn't hesitate to send my loved ones to him as I know they would be in excellent hands.

Following the passing of my Dad, Abbie was wonderful in helping with a pair of cufflinks. She went over and beyond checking whether they were the gem that my Dad thought they were. Unfortunately, they were not, but Abbie gave me the news with understanding and support knowing that I was still very emotional.
She reshaped a ring for me at the same time and didn't charge me, thank you so much.
If ever I am in the fortunate position to want a piece of jewellery, I would use Alan Bick without a thought.
