Excellent service
Excellent service, very professional and responsive. I actually visited the premises in Mayfair to personally drop off my watch and found everyone to be absolutely lovely, warm, friendly and welcoming but always professional, including Chiefer himself who went above and beyond to provide a good service. I received my money within less than 2 hours of accepting the offer. Very happy customer.

I recently sold my watch through this company and had a great experience from start to finish. The process was straightforward, communication was quick and professional, and I felt informed every step of the way. The valuation was fair, payment was processed promptly, and everything was handled securely and efficiently. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that’s both trustworthy and transparent. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell a luxury watch with confidence.
