Excellent service

I just wanted to say how helpful Karl was ensuring I had a prompt delivery of fresh compost (among other things). I am very impressed indeed by the service and products.

The collection process through Amazon…

The collection process through Amazon was far too complicated and not like other collection pickups. I do many pick ups and they are simple and quick. I will not use this again.

Prompt service and very helpful

Prompt service and very helpful. I made an error on my order; they were very happy to help resolve the issue and rearranged delivery quickly and without quibble. I would definitely recommend them.

Great customer service

I ordered what I thought was a peat free compost but on receipt I saw that it wasn't quite what I had ordered (although it was the same brand). I raised this with the company by email and Karl responded very quickly and courteously - offering me a refund or a replacement product (turned out it was an issue with a webpage having the wrong information which they have amended). I opted for a replacement and received it within a couple of days. I really can't fault their customer service and on this basis I would happily buy from this company again. Prices were the best for the products too.
