Ordered a 'blue diamond' frying pan
Ordered a 'blue diamond' frying pan, having already bought a saucepan which was really great. Frying pan came the day after ordering and was well packed. However it was too big for storage space we had. Returned it the same day, process easy and refund swiftly given. Pans appear to be good quality and good value for money. Would recommend them and company.

Stone elephants
Ordered 2 sets of the elephants, first order arrived was great, really loved them, but when I got the second order unfortunately they were badly damaged due to transport, but really loved them anyways.

Absolutely appalling delivery (over 7 hrs wasted waiting for DHL)
Price of product (ref 13719) good. Ordered via Amazon. Selected (by AK Kin) delivery company, DHL, absolutely appalling. Have wasted more than seven hours of my time waiting for the slated mid afternoon delivery times on both Thursday and Friday. Whoever is responsible for DHL's delivery tracking app should be sacked on the spot. Waited outside premises until 19.20 last night only to receive a text telling me they had just attempted delivery but failed to gain access. Blatantly untruthful. DHL's understanding of customer service is zero. AK Kin, if you want to retain custom DO NOT use DHL.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. I am very sorry to hear of the issues you have been experiencing with DHL. I can see from the tracking, that they initially attempted delivery on Wednesday 2nd April, but were unsuccessful as the business premises closed at 15:00. The tracking then suggests that delivery was re-attempted at 20:19 on Friday 4th April despite our shipping provider requesting that they attempt delivery before 15:00, when the business closes. Currently, delivery is scheduled to be re-attempted on Monday 7th April and I will once again request that they do this earlier in the day.
Unfortunately, no matter what courier service is used, there will always be the occasional horror story, relating the failed deliveries.
I have sent you a message directly via Amazon to explain this. We always encourage our customers to contact us directly and in the first instance of an issue, before leaving reviews, so that we can try to get any issues resolved as quickly as possible.

Great product, good price, fast shipping
Great to find this product to replace our very ancient Christmas tree stand. It's hard to find an attractive stand that is robust enough for a 9ft-10ft tree, but this does the job. Good price and fast shipping.
