All in all it was good experience but still there were some limitations I’d like to mention in order (maybe) to improve your service.
1) If Arkenz is not able to ship to certain direction it should be mentioned before payment. I learned that you currently don’t ship to Russia only after payment was done. That would be no problem if I could just change my shipping address. And here comes second flaw.
2) I can’t change my shipping address without canceling my order and placing a new one. This process: a) requires to attract additional money (for placing a new order) and b) freezing the money you’ve already payed (because refund takes time). Extremely uncomfortable.
3) I received my items not in full set (original fabric dust bags were not added).

I have a n issue with my order. I tried the customer service chat on your website and was ignored.

Super fast shipping! Product was as described and most importantly fits extremely well too.

Delivered the wrong item and nobody answers the chat or my emails

The item that I bought (boots) were too big. I purchased my normal size but they seem to run quite big. I paid almost $400 for a pair of boots that I can not wear and unfortunately because it is a sale item I cannot return them. I reached out to customer service they replied sorry and that was it. I replied again and again asking see if there's anything that can be done and I've not gotten a response. I am a repeat customer but I will no longer buy from the site again. I'm very disappointed I'm stuck with an expensive item that I cannot use.

I'm glad it arrived properly. I ordered it and it arrived in Japan in about a week. There are no scratches or missing items on the bag. It was my first personal import, and I couldn't find any reviews from Japanese users, so I was very worried. But it was awesome!

Package was marked delivered but never arrived. I emailed akenz that despite being marked delivered DHL told us it wasn’t actually for my order but mixed up with someone else’s. I sent two emails with no response for resolution leaving me to contest the charge with my bank. Why they haven’t answered yet is crazy.

I bought a jacket from Akenz and the sizing was incorrect. I tried to contact them twice, once the day I received the jacket and the second time a week later. They haven’t responded and it’s been two weeks already. Yet, I continue to receive emails from them to encourage me to purchase more items. Will not shop there again due to their terrible customer service and the off sizing of their jackets.
