Ordered two items on 9/3/26.
email from DPD on 14/3/26 (?) stating they are expecting the items from AKNZ and would let me know when its out for delivery.....
Still waiting....
My advice....use Amazon or similar. More expensive but at least you will receive your order

We ordered a record player for my dads 60th and they never sent my order. I emailed repeatedly and heard nothing back. Phone number never worked. Eventually I started a dispute with the bank nearly 2 months after ordering and they gave me a refund the day after I started the dispute.
Absolute chancers, do not trust.

Sold product to me as next day free delivery but it arrived 7 days late.
After acknowledging my order by email they did not contact me again until order dispatched even though I had emailed them to ask where my order was.
In the meantime I had looked up their reviews which were poor, leading me to believe I wasn’t going to receive my goods so I raised a dispute through my bank. Then, of course my goods arrived 7 days late.
If only they had communicated with me in the meantime I would not have been so concerned.
In my view, very poor service from AKNZ. I WILL NOT BE DEALING WITH THEM AGAIN

Next day delivery paid for. No goods arrived from a simple order. Despite 2 emails and 3 calls, no answer or communication. Once payment was with held did Email arrive two days later with delivery details. Goods eventually collected from a drop off point this morning. Payment reinstated but only use these once. I'd avoid in future.

I ordered a clothes line and received the wrong model, unable to contact the company as the phone line is continually engaged. I have had no reply from my emails.
Terrible customer service. I would advice not to use this company.

Bought a rotary washing line from AKNZ. The product stated ' free delivery'. However, when placing order £7.10 delivery charge was added. There was no free delivery option. This pushed the price up above cheaper suppliers. Clearly a deliberate scam. Doubtless the T & C's state somewhere they can do this.
The only reason I give a 2 start rating is because the product was delivered quickly.

I paid for next day delivery by midday and received 4 days later ! I’ve e mailed twice now asking for a refund of what was an excessive fee but have not had the courtesy of a response. Very disappointed…

Terrible experience
Items were advertised as next day delivery.
2 weeks down the line and one item has been refunded as out of stick and other item still hasn't arrived

Ordered product Sunday evening, confirmation email received Monday morning, further email Monday evening confirming order ready for despatching..DPD confirmed waiting for order on Tuesday, goods received Wednesday @ DPD & delivered to me 8.45am Thursday morning.. All in All first class service.

No contact, No responses. Pure Scam!

Recieved updates throughout. Item arrived in time.

I paid next day delivery but it arrived 8 days after which was annoying but the items were excellent !!!! Will definitely be ordering again. Only gave it 4 stars due to the slow delivery otherwise would have been a 5.

Not sure why all the negative reviews. I received excellent service, goods were very well packaged and at a very reasonable price. Thank you will be shopping again soon.

I found no problem with placing my order, which was received in the stated time given, packaging was intact and well wrapped, I wouldn’t hesitate in using AKNZ services again. Thank you.

Never responds to messages or emails and despite paying for next day delivery; didn't receive my order till a week later, without any explanation or apology.

Update:

Since posting the below AKNZ have responded, saying my order was missed due to a system error and have provided a full refund. This does not explain the previous lack of comms and, given my experience is far from unique, I would still strongly advise to avoid this company. Nevertheless I wanted to update this post for completeness.

I think this is probably a scam. My item was ordered 8 days ago with next-day delivery. Nothing received. No further communications. All attempts to contact them have been ignored.

I've contacted my credit card provider to initiate a refund. Strongly suggest to avoid these guys.

A placed a last minute order for Christmas and it arrived on time and the presentation was outstanding!

Must admit that after reading the reviews, I became very concerned about my order, wishing I had read the reviews first.
I paid for next day delivery, it didn’t arrive.
No they don’t answer emails, messages or the phone.
I did however receive my order less than a week after ordering and it was fine. Tracking was good too. Value for money i would give 5 stars
I wouldn’t however order from this company again, mainly because of the late delivery and poor, none existence communication

THIS IS SCAM! Be very careful and don’t order anything from them. My order never arrived! Their phone number is fake and nobody responds to emails. This is scam.
AVOID!
