Aisler ist schnell und produziert wirklich hochwertige Leiterplatten, die selbst bei einer Mindestbestellmenge von nur 3 Stück preiswert sind.

Aber statt 5 Sternen habe ich nur 4 vergeben, weil es einen Mangel gibt:

Obwohl ich mehrere Beschwerden eingereicht habe, haben sie es immer noch nicht geschafft, ihre Software so anzupassen, dass MEIN Projektname auf allen Dokumenten angezeigt wird, die sie an den Kunden senden. Die Dokumente „Auftragsbestätigung” und „Versandbenachrichtigung” enthalten immer noch nur IHRE Auftragsnummer. Die Dokumente „Produktionsstart” und „Rechnung” enthalten hingegen den Hinweis auf MEINEN Projektnamen. Für eine einzelne Person mit einer Bestellung pro Monat mag das in Ordnung sein.

Wenn Sie jedoch mehrere Projekte haben, die innerhalb weniger Tage von verschiedenen Kollegen in den Produktionsprozess gegeben werden, müssen Sie immer die E-Mail „Produktionsstart” zurückverfolgen, um herauszufinden, welches MEINER Projekte unter IHRER Bestellnummer läuft.

Ich verstehe nicht, warum es offensichtlich unmöglich ist, MEINEN Projektnamen auf allen ihren Dokumenten anzugeben.

Aisler is fast and produces really high-quality PCBs that are inexpensive even with a minimum order quantity of only 3 pieces.

But instead of 5 stars, I only gave 4 because there is one flaw:

Although I have submitted several complaints, they still haven't managed to adjust their software so that MY project name appears on all documents they send to the customer. The “order confirmation” and “shipping notification” documents still only contain THEIR order number. The “production start” and “invoice” documents, on the other hand, contain a reference to MY project name. For a single person with one order per month, this may be fine.

However, if you have multiple projects that are put into production by different colleagues within a few days, you always have to track down the “Production Start” email to find out which of MY projects is running under YOUR order number.

I don't understand why it is apparently impossible to include MY project name on all of their documents.

Hat sehr lange gedauert und die Qualität ist eher lala, bei PCB ways ging es schneller obwohl die in China sitzen und die Qualität ist um einiges besser gewesen, dazu war es noch günstiger
