The device (Airtame 2) is extremely slow, browser is not loading. Support sent us a new device which is just as slow, but they only sent us one, even though we stated that both were defective.

Updating airtame app
Immediately after updating my airtame app to newest version, my Airtame version 1 stopped working.
I can reset airtame and change setup, but I can no longer stream to it.
Contacting Airtame support, I am informed that Airtame 1 has reached its end of life. Understandable that you no longer offer support for an older product, BUT it should then be possible to download latest functional version of the app.
By excluding Airtame 1 from the app together with an app-update, you have literally killed my airtame 1.
It was a rather expensive product when I purchased it, so I feel really f..... up suddenly being informed that I can no longer use my airtame.
I can definitely not recommend anyone to buy an airtame.

Very good product and setup of…
Very good product and setup of interface. Easy to use and you can personalize the interface which makes it representable when not using the screen. It is easy for guests to connect so there is no excuse for not buying an Airtame.

Great product...poor support
Airtame when it works is really good. However when it goes wrong their support is slow and it seems to be involve email hockey with it going back and forth. If the customer service was more responsive they would be getting the full stars from us. If you are connecting using MS 365 I wouldn't say you will get many issues. However as a dropbox user it just seems to cause issues.

Overpriced product sold by liars
They are definitely liars when selling a product. It's an overpriced that doesn't do what they sold at the beggining.
I was one of the many supporters at the beginning to help with the crowdfunding (Indiegogo - 2014) and I bought 2 devices to have one at home and the other at work, where I could expand the desktop in a secure network when visiting customers without the need to use their WiFi network and the same on a personal level, when traveling, etc. without the need to connect to an unsafe network.
Well the desktop expansion came very late (when I no longer needed it) and by the time they finally made it available to extend or expand the mobile screen, they said you'd have to buy product v2. I asked if they could replace at least one of the products I bought which honestly I never plugged anywhere since it didn't match the description and they said that they wouldn't accept it. So I basically have 2 devices, 1 of them never used and both are in the closet with no use. Probably I should just throw them away, they are pointless. I don't recommend this at all. There are much better streaming hardware elsewhere for a lower price.

Great device
Great device that gives you awesome additional new features with every firmware and software update. Many safety features that prevent interference but office device flexibility for any situation.
