Do not use this website – it’s a scam.
I paid for parking and received an email the day before my trip saying my booking had been refunded, without any explanation. Since then, I’ve tried multiple times to contact them by phone and through their WhatsApp chat, but no one has responded. I had to make a last-minute alternative booking, which caused a lot of stress and extra cost. It’s now been 5 days, and I still haven’t received my refund or any communication from them. Avoid this company at all costs.

This company is a scam. The website is down now. There is no way of contacting them. They take your money and then say your parking is cancelled and is being refunded but it never happens. There is no one to call.

This is a scam. I booked for Stanstead and there was no actual booking and no refund. No website and no email and no phone number. Do not use.

This company website should be removed, how many people have to be scammed before they are taken down.
Booked on 14.09.25 for Stansted Airport to stay 7-14.10.25 paid £58.65, on 2.10.25 advised of cancellation, no reasons, no response on contact numbers. DISGUSTING.
Scammed as per many others leaving comments on this site.

Booked parking via this company on 22/09 for 10/10 at Gatwick Holiday Parking. Payment taken same day and receipt and confirmation of booking received. All looked genuine. Got an email today confirming booking has been cancelled which was not requested by me so tried contacting them on the number given. Each option went through to the same message suggesting contacting them by webchat or WhatsApp neither of which exist then the call was cut off. Contacted Gatwick Holiday Parking who advised Airport Parks are not authorised to access their parking availability and that it's doubtful a booking has been made. Now have the task of booking via a genuine company and hoping the cost isn't ridiculous due to timing. This disgusting company need to be stopped.

I tried to cancel the reservation. No response, no refund.

Don't get fooled by the cheap price. You'll get a link to pay then in the account you'll not find any booking confirmation or payment confirmation, you'll end up with no parking. Phone number it's just a robot with 4 options which hang out.
Contacted my bank to get the refund.

This site offered good rates so booked and received confirmation email 14/9/25. Due to fly out 29/9 and checked my account which now showed 'no bookings' Have received email dated 27/9 stating CANCELLED! There is no way of contacting Airparks! Phone lines/Chat/Website all inoperative. I have now had to rebook urgently with another company. Have received an email saying refund in process! Appalling customer service - in fact NO customer service. This was for Stansted Airport.

I also wish I had found these reviews before booking with this scam company! Had a confirmed booking for a 5am arrival at Stansted Meet and Greet - they cancelled 6 hours before arrival, meaning I only saw this as we arrived at the airport, forcing us to have to pay more than triple for in the moment parking! They claimed refund was sent but it never arrived and I’ve had zero response when I’ve contacted them - had to raise a claim via Monzo to get my money back! Avoid at all costs.

appears to be scam. when confirmed booking, said will send separate link to confirm payment, That put me off straight away, red flag, why would you send separate link to whats app and email and not let pay on site itself, Second checked contact number- called them- on recorded message- gone silent for very long, Then confirmed its doggy, so checked trustpilot review, so confirmed this is a scammer, lucky escape for me.

Oh dear . I paid £114 for 10 days parking at Gatwick mid north car park . To cheap wh but I was in a rush and wasnt thinking straight. This car park is Barrierless and just uses anpr. So easy to drive in park and leave , thinking everything’s ok . No record of my booking Im gonna get charged £60 a day £600 ! How dumb am I ?!! Not sure what to do but awaiting my bill in the post . Please Domt be stupid like me !!!

As per the other reviews, THIS SITE IS A SCAM.

Thankfully I called the hotel directly before paying, and the hotel confirmed immediately that the site is a scam.

Would not even give them one star!!
This company have stollen money and not returned. Cancelled booking day before without any reason. Can not get hold of them!
