I have to say i’ve been super impressed with this company. I checked the website every day for a portable air conditioning unit, more in hope than expectation! Due to the ongoing heatwave everywhere is sold out. I timed it right and managed to order a unit which had came into stock. I ordered it one afternoon and by the following lunchtime it had been delivered! It’s been an absolute god send over these last few weeks and now rather than trying to sleep in a 32c+ room i chill it to 18c and sleep like a baby. I’d highly recommend this company.

Didn’t end up keeping the item but return and refund was quick and easy and customer service was very helpful. Also, the item itself (extractor) was very competitively priced which is why I went for it (before realising I needed something different).

extractor fan order
order was delivered promptlv but was showing in my emails as from energy saving bulbs which threw me a bit.
However when it arrived it became clear so OK
It turned out that I did not need it when the electrician arrived. The reurns process worked like a dream and the refund sowed up im account as promised.
