Worst customer experience I have ever had!! Wrong part arrived and despite three phone calls and two emails I am no closer to getting the issued rectified!! I have decided to just give up!!
Update: Miraculously after a one star review I get an email trying to sort things out. The communication wasn't there the other times so why bother now? I'll pass. I've already ordered the same part from someone else, this morning, with delivery tomorrow. I'll pass on your kind offer to waste more time sending emails that you claim that you are not getting despite delivery receipts.

I'm really sorry to hear how frustrating this experience has been, particularly after you've taken the time to contact us several times to try to get the issue resolved.
We've reviewed the correspondence and unfortunately haven't been able to locate the two emails containing the photos you mentioned, despite checking against the email address we have for you. We can also see that a colleague attempted to email you yesterday, but unfortunately the message was returned as undeliverable.
I've now sent you an email directly requesting the photos we need, and once we receive these we'll be able to look into the incorrect part and work towards getting this resolved for you. I'm sorry for the inconvenience and time you've already spent trying to sort this out.
I hope we can now get this resolves as soon as possible for you.

Item never arrived
Item never arrived. Was next day delivery and is now a week since I ordered. I have had to get from somewhere else. So whenever it does arrive it will be going back.
