Airbusinesstravel Recenzje

My agent, Oliver Sykes, worked with me tirelessly as my itinerary and travel dates changed multiple times. He was able to get me significantly lower price quotes than my old travel agency, despite needing to fly into/out of different cities and last-minute bookings. Oliver was super responsive and held my hand throughout the entire process, throughout my traveling, and especially when an emergency necessitated us having to cut my trip short - exchanging messages many times as he diligently hunted down feasible flight options even when it was a Sunday and late night for him. I highly recommend Oliver and airbusinesstravel.com for low business fares and outstanding service.

Fraud.

ABT quoted me. I paid a day later via card. I got a call stating the ticket will be issued in my name with a Booking number. I was told if I called the Airline directly they would be confused about who I was as ABT email and phone would be on the ticket and not mine. ABT would have to check me into the flight 24 hours before takeoff.

Furthermore, I contacted a competitor who quoted double. I sent them a screenshot of the quote. I spoke with Aziz. After the screenshot was emailed. I got call from someone with a Polish or Russian accent.

I was working with an imposter named Calvin Innsbrook

Had an amazing experience with this business class consolidator. My agent Hugo Deleon was incredibly helpful and very communicative (text, email, and phone) along the way. Great deal and exceptional service. Would recommend to anyone

Successful trip to Morocco via CDG from Dulles. Tom was very patient identifying options. Was even able to ‘pay’ using Amex Rewards points. Couldn’t capture frequent flyer miles, unfortunately. Price was about 2/3 of what I was being quoted on the Air France site. I’d use these guys again.

Diana was amazing in helping me with my 1st international business class booking. She found the best option for me and I feel so much better having her as a resource!

Naomi was great very professional available 24/7 worked very hard we will only use her for all future plans

Visa complications canceled my trip, last minute. The team handled this in stride and, 2 weeks later, I'm sitting in my destination after a successful trip. All during some of the worst days of the Covid-19 lockdown.

Thanks guys!

Emma did a great job with my biz class tickets to Spain including accommodating some last minute changes.

Not only gave great rates, but has phenomenal customer service. I will definitely be booking with them again!
