This is a total scam operation. Avoid working with them and especially, Robert Hayes. They offer lower business class fares by using "their own" airline mileage points. After falling for their scam tactics, I received multiple emails and texts demanding I acknowledge various conditions and clarifications they should have fully disclosed during the pre-sales process. After their 5th request to acknowledge changes and correcting their misstatement, i called it quits and demanded they cancel my booking and not charge my credit card. Caveat Emptor. Avoid this company and use a reputable consolidator.

I did not book yet (we are still figuring out our travel plan). But I spoke with Charming and she is very motivated and eager to help! She is very responsive and does not hesitate to find many options for you. I recommend Charming very much, she did great job!

I had an outstanding experience working with Ian Brown at Air Business Travel. He helped me book business class from Houston to Barcelona, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish.
Ian was knowledgeable, responsive, and made everything incredibly easy. The itinerary was well thought out, the flights were excellent, and I felt taken care of every step of the way.

I am 72yo and booked a trip with them that took almost 20 hours to get to Zurich from Atlanta and then over 24 hours to get home after the airline cancelled the last leg of my trip. Causing me to spend $550 for a 6 hour sleep in at TWA hotel inside the JFK. They would not help me prevent this before I left and wanted to charge me $1800 to get better flights. Watch out

We booked business class travel to Israel. The day after we arrived the war with Iran started. ABT essentially dropped the ball. Their customer service was inconsistent with zero compassion as they tried to get me to feel bad for them as their "delays were due to the conflict in the Middle East". I was amazed that they wanted sympathy from me as I sat in a bomb shelter.
They rebooked us several times but were limited to airlines that were not flying. So days went by as flights were repeatedly canceled. They offered no alternatives and we were therefore trapped (eventually in Jordan) for over a week. We were shuttled from one customer service rep to another with long delays in contact. When I requested to speak to a manager I was denied.
In the end, the only way to get home was to lose the entire return trip and book through Expedia - it took me 5 minutes. ABT simply claimed they had no other recourse. They made no effort beyond rebooking me on the same airline. I was not allowed to speak to the airline myself either, so I was at the mercy of their efforts. Then, when I requested a refund for the cancelled tickets we received a fraction of the value we paid. I spent hours and hours on the phone and on email while trapped in the middle of a war. I received no compassion, long stretches of non-response, no access to management and a coupon for $500 off my next trip (that will not happen).
The additional cost for the debacle was around $6000.
If nothing goes wrong I suspect this may be an adequate service. However, they beg for tips (starting at $100), press for insurance (don't use it!) that offered nothing (read it carefully) and then gave us very poor assistance.
I cannot tell you how much the interaction with ABT compounded an already stressful situation.

I used Julian recently for personal travel and had a good experience overall. He was responsive, easy to work with, and made the process straightforward. Communication was smooth and everything was handled efficiently, which made planning a lot easier. My travel agent Stan Davis was amazing like always. On my last travel, the airline lost my luggage and even Stan's job was done, he went above and beyond to help me. Contacting the airlines on my behalf, requesting some reimbursement for loosing my luggage, helping me and being there for me until my luggage was returned,just made me realize how blessed I was to use a company that has such wonderful employees like Stan Davis. We reached out to ABT after the travel agent who booked out cruise couldn't seem to get our air travel right - wrong airports, wrong dates, etc. Stan Davis was incredibly helpful. He presented us with quite a few options for our travel. Stan was great at following up and communicating often until we settled on our flights. I would most definitely use Stan and ABT again!

Stan Davis, the travel agent who helped went beyond the call of duty to help with somewhat complicated travel arrangements and issues.
There were short lead times and date changes but he was able to still find extremely comfortable seats at fair prices, he also thoughtfully sent updates, even in days where he would not have been working.

I have used them at least a dozen or so times as a travel professional. I love working with Stan Davis. He has helped save my clients thousands of dollars per ticket. Customer service is 5-stars (especially for changes/cancellations/issues).
