Air and Cruise Parking Recenzje 

We arrived in time to take the 10:00 am shuttle to the airport. When it arrived at 10:15 we were told we would have to wait for the next shuttle because we couldn't be on the shuttle with airline crew. The shuttle returned at 10:40.
Our return flight arrived at 8:50pm (night). We called the hotel for pick-up for over 30 minutes. The phone rang busy each time. We finally called the reservation 800 number who called the hotel and transferred us to the front desk. It took another 30 minutes for the shuttle to come. We will never use them again and recommend that others use caution in using this hotel parking.

The Parking slot under the roof is safe and easy to find.

Everything went well on our trip to the airport, but not as well on our return. We took a red eye from San Francisco, arriving on time at 6am. I called the number at the motel for almost an hour before anyone answered. Then, we waited another twenty minutes on our driver. The driver was great, but someone needs to answer the phone, especially when we had a reservation to be picked up at that time.

Not a long wait to be picked up at airport. Our car was ready for us when we got to the office.

I had scheduled parking for an early flight near JFK Airport. Upon arriving at the provided address, I discovered that the location was a deserted street with no discernible parking facility. I contacted the company via phone and was instructed to park near an empty school bus, where someone would retrieve the vehicle. However, this arrangement raised concerns for my safety, as the individual arrived after a significant delay and multiple phone calls. Consequently, I made the decision to depart from the location. Despite sending two written communications to the company, I have yet to receive a response or a refund for the parking service.

When picking up the car on my return, I found it convenient that Air and Cruise Parking personnel parked the car in front of the office area ready for me to drive off the gate. The process of booking, drop off, and pick up the vehicle upon return is well managed. I'd recommend Air and Cruise Parking to friends and family.

I had to extend my reservation and I called the office and the person I spoke with was very professional and helpful. He made it very easy for me to add the two additional days.

The check in was very easy, staff very polite. There was a little confusion when entering the garage, you have to take a ticket (as opposed to entering a code.) No one mentioned that at the desk. Also, when leaving the garage you have to call support to be let out of the gate since you have to enter the ticket and it appears to charge you.

This place was affordable and the gentlemen working there were very kind and helpful and out cars were safe!

Will certainly use on my next cruise!
