So far the booking is easy. I read that they have full size tour buses for the return trip, which I think will be perfect. We will see.

Haven't taken our trip yet but the website asked for a review following booking, so this is a review of the booking process, not the actual parking facility: Booking was very easy but I felt that if they are asking for check-in and check-out times, then I should only be charged for 4 days and not 5, if I'm checking in at 11:30am on the 6th and checking out at 9am on the 10th. That's less than 4 days actually, so kind of a ripoff, IMO. Checked their FAQ and Terms of Use and nowhere is it mentioned that you're charged a full day for any part of a day. Whatever. Also, be sure to do a Google "AI mode" search for "rightway parking promo code" and you'll probably find a code for 5% off. That helps offset the "service fee" somewhat.

Just a heads-up for anyone cruising out of Port Canaveral:
If you’re sailing from Terminal 3, using Holiday Inn Express Parking with Air & Cruise should be fine.
However, if you’re sailing from Terminals 5 or 6, I would not recommend using Holiday Inn Express Parking with Air & Cruise. You’ll have to take an Uber to the terminal, which ends up costing an additional $20–$25.
Looking back, I would have just parked at the port. It would have been much more convenient, especially since Port Canaveral has parking located right next to each cruise terminal, making it easy to walk to your ship. (Port Canaveral⁠)

And customer service was not nice as well.

The transport to and from the ship was a complete fail. After parking in Ft. Lauderdale at the Red Carpet we were told that the transport was 10 minutes out. 30 minutes later we were told 90 minutes!! As we had a ship to catch, we were forced to call an Uber. The same thing happened on our return. Once again we were told 20 minutes and 30 minutes later, still no transport and then we were told 30 more minutes, with about 15 people waiting to be taken to different lots! It's not like they had no idea when the ship was returning! We took a taxi from the Port Terminal. The whole thing was ridiculous. We will NEVER use this company again.

Well the original price they showed was not the price I ended up being charged. Seems quite misleading. I booked anyway because I needed a place to park. Just beware.

Easy to use, fast, and very informative. I was able to find a parking lot, right away. The process to make a reservation was very simple and easy and the prices were very reasonable.

We could not believe the price and the ease of booking the Air and Cruise Parking. We have never used this before but if the reservation process is any indication of their services, we will definitely use them again. Thank you!!!

Easy transaction. Ladies at front drsk at springhill were great. Shuttle was on time. Missed my fligjt the first night and was woken upby security saying i couldnt sleep in my vehicle, othet than having to move that night, parked again in morning and caught flight. My car was good for 5 days.

Very Easy to book

Using website was easy to navigate. Reservation in. March so will see how this will go….hopefully as good as some of the reviews are and not the bad ones. Will update after cruise
