They didn’t get delivered for quite some time. Then the company gave me a USPS tracking number and it was delivered immediately. The puzzles are absolutely gorgeous and so fun to assemble.

Really enjoyed putting together these well made colourful puzzles. The different animal shapes of the individual pieces also make it interesting regardless of what puzzle you have ordered. The small velvet like bag the arrive in makes them easy to store and travel on holiday etc.
I have bought 3 now and not had any disappointments or complaints. They also make lovely gifts.

The puzzles are great! A good way to relax and decompress after a long day. I will be giving a couple as gifts and know the recipients will love them.

I ordered 2 of the large puzzles and one small. The puzzles were not labeled on the outside of the box, so I had to open them to determine which was the gift I intended to give. I provided feedback to the company directly and heard back immediately. I started to put together the bee puzzle and I noticed that there were many burned areas on the puzzle image as well as large gaps and a few small broken pieces. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and took photos and sent them to the company and asked for a refund or a replacement. They have provided neither. I have gotten one reply that said they would expedite this problem but I have heard nothing from them in over a month. Very poor customer service when there is a problem. The other puzzle the blue owl was fine, but the bee was in terrible condition. I regret my purchase and would not recommend them.

Love these! Great for a rainy day! I originally received as a gift and just purchased three more. The wood is a nice thickness and the colors are nice. I didn’t care much for having no picture to work with… the little tag on the bag is really small! But I’ve learned it adds to the challenge as the shapes of each piece are so unique it enables you to find the right piece!

Never received purchases. Spoke to customer service once about it. They said they would track down. Haven't heard anything back.

Had a giraffe puzzle bought for my birthday, it was certainly a challenge but so worth it, so impressed I ordered three more.

Really love these puzzles! Great fun and challenging. I order small size puzzles which have been difficult for me to handle, so I plan to get larger sized puzzles for my next order. Puzzle on!

We love AIM Puzzles. So unique, different and colorful. I’m purchasing more to send gifts to our children. So much fun to do these super cool puzzles.

Puzzle arrived in timely fashion, great tracking service. Puzzle was challenging (Peacock) but enjoying. Pieces are very fragile, a little too fragile maybe. Will recommend in future.

I ordered the lions head profile an the unicorn. Both came in a timely fashion. I completed the lions head. It was challanging and fun. I love doing wooden puzzles. I only wish that it would have come with a larger picture in the box. However, it did come with a picture on a 2"x 2" tag. I will continue to order from aimpuzzle.

I honestly do not recommend this company. Fatal service. I wrote an email to cancel my purchase 5 minutes after purchase because there is no such option on the website! 2 I got a notification that they were processing the order, then I decided to write again, this time on Instagram. Of course they didn't write me back. A week after writing my first email, I got an email from them saying that the order was done just now and would be shipped right away. I wrote back to that email (still the same email) that I had written that I wanted to cancel the purchase a week before, and they wrote back that it was too late. When I asked if I could at least send the parcel back, I did not hear from them again, and it had been over a week. It is a terrible scam, if they catch a customer they will do everything to make the purchase.

Puzzle is great. Found postage tracking hard to do.
Should have gone through an Australian site as I paid far too much.

I absolutely love them.

Arrived promptly. Haven’t yet opened it as it’s a gift. Box is just plain. Would be nice if the box showed the completed puzzle

My delivery order 1165 didnt arrive and Aimpuzzle fordwarded me to the delivery company who didnt took responsability of the non delivered item. I lost the money, didnt get the purchase and Aimpuzzle doenst give the money back. Relly waste of money and energy.

Their answer:
"...our logistics partner your order has been delivered as of 2022-02-21 10:16 Malsch (DE), Delivered. Kindly check your surroundings or box. "
But I didnt received nothing at all, then i must must check wiht neighbors unsucessfully, and not even the complain is accepted by them. They wash their hands. The worst service at all.

The first Aimpuzzle I got was sent in a bag with no indication who it was from.
I was intrigued and put it together. Totally enjoyable and so different from standard jigsaw puzzles.
So, I ordered another and am happily putting it together.
If you are a puzzler, you’ll be challenged and satisfied. Think out of the box!

These puzzles give me quite the challenge! Even for someone who does a ton of different puzzles, this is one I can keep going back to and not remember what pieces are where in the finished product.
