Very well organized. Outstanding employees at every level. Managed and executed a very interesting, complex schedule that enabled us to see all of the highlights we were expecting.

AHI did a phenomenal job planning our trip to Ireland. The extras (Shepherd, Doolin Music, Irish literature presentation, and such) added something unexpected! We saw so much and were immersed in vistas and culture and ideas.

Croatia was an amazing adventure from start to finish. The MV Infinity was top notch, the staff were attentive and genuinely delightful, and the daily excursions were beautifully done.
The educational content was rich, and I appreciated that the pacing allowed for real downtime between busy days.

Ivanna, our tour guide, was outstanding. Professional, knowledgeable, and kind. She made the trip.

The WashU Ambassador was wonderful in her role. Inclusive, caring, and great at bringing people together.

Hotel Esplanade in Zagreb exceeded my expectations and was a perfect way to end the trip.

One suggestion: less meat, more fresh fish. Given our coastal itinerary, that felt like a missed opportunity.

I will absolutely travel with AHI again and would recommend this program without hesitation. 💯

Travel staff does not think about options for travelers who have airline status and time limitations - try to put everyone on 1 airline for their convenience (my perception)

Although our trip worked out well, there was almost a major glitch with transportation. We paid extra for AHI to arrange our travel. Our car from the airport to the ship almost left us because the driver was on overtime. AHI had called us to tell us to take a taxi.

Our tour guide was outstanding! Accommodations were first rate on the ship and at the hotel. I really enjoyed the trip!

Everything was top-notch quality from beginning to end. Our tour director, Dragan, was very organized and worked tirelessly to ensure we had the best possible experience. Our local guides were knowledgeable and contributed greatly to the educational aspect which I valued. The group quickly jelled and became friends. Outstanding tour of Malta and Sicily. Will never forget!

Tour director, Paula De Mariscal paid attention to every detail. Responsive, even after hours to any request or concern. Very friendly. Felt like she was part of the very cohesive travel partners. Accommodations and meals were first rate. Tour guides very informative. Saw points interested and entry into sites I never would have seen traveling on my own. Interesting lectures. Appreciated friendliness and added information traveling with OSU professor. Elizabeth Tomassino. Appreciated smaller group, could get to know everyone. Beautiful coaches to ride. Fun boat tour of Arcachon Bay. Surprise ride up the Funicular in San Sebastion for an amazing view of La Concha Bay. All in all, an amazing trip. Worth every Euro.

Every one was very helpful. Events were on time. There was time to be on your own. Tours were informative.

Very well organized! I liked that we had a home-base hotel in Kalamata, from which we took day-trips over five days. Daily schedules were just right--full but not too full. Guides were well-informed, staff was lovely, fellow travelers friendly.

A well oiled machine when it comes to the details of international travel. AHI has attention to detail and hires travel directors that really have your comfort and satisfaction in mind. Our travel director Dragan Vrcelj was amazing! Almost too many activities were planned, but Dragan navigated everything like a pro.
Our travel coordinators were also pros, and the 24/7 hotline came in handy when we missed a connecting flight.

The guides at each stop were mostly excellent, perhaps the walking experts could have gone more slowly especially for a few in our group. The electric adapter gif was helpful.
The Skouras Winery experience was a perfect experience, as was the olive oil museum and shop across the street. The Athens hotel was a great choice, nice rooms, breakfasts and central location with access to historic sites, museums and good restaurants. Our travel leader, Marie, did a fine job with logistics; very good restaurant stops, overseeing our diverse group and preparing us for each and every historic site visit.
Ours was a wonderful adventure.

My wife and I took a trip to Greece with our alma mater Indiana University. They used AHI Travel. The trip couldn't have been better. Great guides, informative "enrichment" sessions, and an outstanding Travel Director. All we had to do was pack and the trip went like clockwork.
We will use AHI again and we are next year through Indiana University.

The cities and our tour guide. Everything went well, and the restaurants were nice. There was one restaurnat that at night it was difficult to walk for some of the seniors. The bathroom stops were fine. Having been to Italy before, I know what to expect.

Our guide, Daniel, was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. The guide we had in Bordeaux was also very knowledge but talked too much. She gave us so much information it was difficult to remember everything she talked about. A few handouts would have been helpful.

Elsa was exceptional! AHI was easy to work with and sent timely reminders throughout the process.

The planned excursions were great on the Dutch waterways. Loved the canal cruise and Keukenhof Gardens and bike tour near Enkinhuizen. Gouda was awesome! Would’ve liked more time in Brugge and Anterwerp. More individual time to explore would’ve been a plus. The on location staff were excellent! 5 stars for Astrid on pre-trip!

Except on pre-trip, I believe there were many other interesting activities that could’ve been planned in Amsterdam. The Maritime museum wouldn’t have been a top 10. The ship was exceptional. The food and service were amazing!

Big area for development: up to date and timeliness of contact between AHI and guest. I had to request trip itineraries and trip details. I had to request my transfer confirmation. It didn’t come to my email as a confirmation. I also missed some email updates. More stress on my end that could’ve been alleviated.

All connections to/from airport were flawless. Hotel exceeded expectations. Our Travel Director was wonderful. Local tours and guides were exceptional. Bus and driver was always on time, safe, and professional. Very satisfied with AHI.
