AH Airport Taxi Recenzje

Fantastic service
On time
Good communication
Spotless car
Driver very friendly and polite

Excellent service, friendly and punctual. Superb door to Luton Airport with great driver messages at pick up. Good communications from office.

Great experience with Sumair Khan. If you book options with car seat for kid he can provide you with it. Driver sent all instructions so it was easy to find each other. Also since we updated him about landing, luggage collection etc he made pick up smooth and quick so car already was there on pick up point.

The company provides reliable, high-quality service with great attention to customer comfort and safety. The booking process was easy, and the overall experience felt well-organized and professional. Special thanks to Sumair Khan, who was punctual, polite, and made the journey safe and comfortable.

Excellent service from door to door and back again, all within the exact timescales I required. Communication between provider at booking and driver on the day were both excellent. No hesitation in recommending.

First time using this company Nervous when we booked as we did not know if they would even show up. The driver, Sumair Khan, came on time and was very polite and drove us safely to the airport. Can highly recommend. Will use again.

Everything was as agreed. The booking confirmation, contact with customer service, and arrangement with the driver all went smoothly. The car was clean, and the driver was professional and pleasant. The only issue was that the payment options stated cash was accepted, but we were asked for a card number instead. In the end, we paid by card, which wasn’t a problem, but it might be helpful to clarify the procedure for customers. In any case, they will be my choice in the future — extremely reliable.

Driven by Sumair Khan to Luton -- arrived in good time. Friendly reliable service. Excellent.

Punctual driver, Vehicle clean, Driver Professional and overall service received we was very happy with and will use again in the future thank you again very much!!

The Head Office emailed the day before, double checking on my booking, Sumair arrived in good time and called when he couldn't find our house. The car was spotlessly clean and Sumair is an excellent driver

Have used this company a few times in the last year and drivers always polite , clean cars .

Delighted with service. Taxi arrived a few minutes early, which is always reassuring, especially when you are on a schedule, and going to the airport. The driver was polite, pleasant and helpful with my luggage. The car was showroom clean. I will definitely use this service again.

I used AH Airport Taxis to travel from St Albans to Luton Airport and the return journey at the end of my trip. The cost was reasonable (cheaper than parking a car at Luton Airport for the duration of the trip) and the drivers punctual and friendly. I will use them again.

Evetything about the company Their efficiency Always keeping in contact with me A lovely driver there to pick up at Luton Airport He was just so friendly and chatty And I would highly recommend this company And in future visits from Dublin to London I know all I need to do is send a email and they are straight back to me

Great service. Stress free.
Warner bro studios to Luton airport.
Completed the online request form with trip details, had contact from the taxi office to confirm within 10 minutes, enjoyed rest of my day with family. Taxi then arrived 10 minutes before request time, driver very pleasant and helpful, straight to the airport without any issues and well in time for flight.
Highly recommend.

Prompt, polite service, great communication throughout - thank you!

What can I say about this fantastic taxi company? We travelled as a family of six to Luton Airport, about 60 Miles. Pick up was well on time, driver very polite and drove extremely professionally. Lovely mercedes vehicle and very clean.
Troubles began a few days into our holiday in Portugal, when our granddaughter wasn't very well and needed to return home. We sorted a flight for the next day and AH taxis did us a deal to return just two people home and reduce the price for four of us to return the original transfer date. This was all sorted on the spur of the moment and very much appreciated by us all. Driver was again on time to collect them. The amount of emails, texts or whatsapp information/confirmations is amazing. On our return I had confirmed our pick up to AH, but then due to unforseen circumstances needed to change drop off address. Again, no problem, sorted by email in a very short time and didn't even charge for bit extra distance and administration etc. On our arrival back there were problems at passport control with massive queues. Numerous calls to our driver and back from our driver, who bye the way had already been in the collection area, had to leave and wait elsewhere and then return to collect us, we eventually got on our way, about 30 minutes later than arranged. Once again lovely clean modern vehicle and very polite driver, who then had to endure a much longer journey, due to a bad accident on the M1 motorway. He seemed to take all of these problems in his stride even though he would be much later home than planned. All in all, I can't thank AH enough for all of their help and assistance. I would certainly use again and recommend them to anyone wanting a very good taxi/transfer company. Ten out of Ten AH.

Had a great experience with this firm. I had lots of queries prior to my flight arrival, these were dealt with in a professional and timely manner.
My driver was in communication from the moment my flight arrived. Perfect timing ; no additional charge for having to wait as my flight was delayed.
Had a lovely chat with her , and dropped me right to the door of the hotel I was staying at.
The fare was very reasonable .
Would highly recommend using this service .
