I got the bottle the very next day after they sorted everything out, I really appreciate their hardwork and efforts. The customer service is amazing especially the fact that you’re very transparent and you tell me where my money is exactly going. I wish you all the best and hope your business flourishes. Echoing all the other five-star ratings thus far. It's one of those luxe things your friends might poke fun at you for spending money on, but be secretly jealous because it's that damn good.
• High build quality, zero (zero!) leakage.
• ✨ Aesthetic ✨ — I got the white one to match my light-colored desk/phone/laptop accessories.
• Made of glass, meaning no chemicals of any kind (PSA: BPA is not the only one in plastics!). The minor inconvenience of hand-washing every week and a half or so is definitely worth it.

Good quality bottles made from sustainably sourced materials. They are clearly made with good quality materials and the rope/ string on the top i find very useful. The bottle is heavy, but I quite like the feel of it. The glass doesnt seem brittle and there was a clear attention to detail made during manufacture for a user's comfort and practicality. Overall very pleased, it had replaced my Chilly's bottle as a go to. Recommend.

Using Agua was a refreshing experience - from the ease of ordering, the updates on delivery to the beautiful packaging it came in. The bottle itself is sleek, clearly made from high quality materials and the mouth of the bottle narrows to fit your mouth perfectly. I can't think of another bottle I'd prefer to use.
The bottle feels really solid in the hand due to the silicon sleeve that’s wrapped around it and I never feel like I’m losing my grip on it even when it’s wet. I found the little rope attached to the lid a very nice touch as I can carry it around quite easily whilst walking. I also felt like they nailed it with the size of the bottle; not too large so as to take up too much space in my bag and not too little that I need to top it up constantly. I got the black one and it fits quite nicely with the dark aesthetic I have with my dad ther gear for eg my phone or desk or my outfits.
The bottle itself is the highest quality I can imagine, drinks taste fresh and there's no hint of previous flavours each time. Unboxing is an experience, rather than just removing packaging, you're taken on a journey through the companys ethos and ethics.

The bottle is amazing, the water itself tastes nicer it being contained in a glass bottle. The unboxing experience was fantastic. It felt like it belonged in harrods giving you that luxury experience that you long for in a product that is regarded as a simple need. While opening it, the product screams high end like it should be handled with finesse.
This has to be one of the most innovative and sexy bottles out there. Not only are you saving the environment with every sip, but it provides you with comfort and luxury when carrying it. A must-buy item for every frequent water drinker.

I was sceptical about buying this bottle as it’s glass but I really loved the look of it. I am so glad I purchased it!! It’s much more stunning in real life than on the pictures and I was so impressed with the build quality. I’ve now bought another as a gift for a friend.
