I did not trust them at all
I don't trust them at all. Their website is unsafe, and they ask you to use the remote access tool, AnyDesk, and share your screen. Supposedly, this is needed to guide you, but it's a shame if anyone has lost money to scammers. I feel that by letting these guys help you, you'll be losing even more. They are also very pushy over the phone, calling back several times after being asked not to call anymore. Additionally, they claim to be the bank of all crypto, which is a weird story because they said it was needed to get my crypto back when I actually had nothing to do with crypto; I did binary options. So, watch out!
One more thing, their website is really new, and in the code, they don't want Google to index their website or follow any links. Why would a legitimate company do its best to avoid getting indexed by Google?
I suspect the domain 'AGL refund' was chosen for a reason - AGL (Australian Gas Networks Limited) offers a refund program to its customers for overpayment or incorrect billing. This program is called the AGL Refund, and it allows customers to request a refund if they have been overcharged or if there has been an error in their billing. This is another company, and they are trying to hide behind their reputation, hoping that if people Google them, it seems like a legitimate refund program. There are red flags everywhere.
If they call me again, I think the only option I have left is to clear my phone number myself. I'll set up a VM, and I'll give them their own medicine when they connect via AnyDesk. The scam probably goes something like this: they make you show your bank account, then they edit the fields to make it look like they deposited the money back, and then they ask for a 15% fee over that. In reality, they did not add any money. Of course, I am not sure, but it's not a legitimate company for sure!
