From the first enquiry to finding a suitable carer to enable my 95 year old mum to live at home,nothing has been too much trouble at short notice.A really lovely experience and they completely understood our situation.I feel confident that we will have support in the future.A special credit to Demi,John and Alison…outstanding!!!

I am currently a customer of Agincare Worthing simply because there are no other care companies availablein the area

Firstly,the carers are excellent but are being badly let down by office staff who issue rosters that are of no use,, looking as if names have been fiiled intoslots with no thought or care.

I am fond of all my carers and hope that I treat them with the respect they deserve for the demanding job that they do and itry not to make any ddemands on their time. However all I do ask is that I have an early morning call. I go to bed at 6pm I would prefer it to be later because I am being left for 15 or 16 hours in bed. This is having a devastating effect on both my physical and mental health. I amcompletely paralysed on my left hand side and unable to move when I wake in the morning. As I have such an early bedtime I am usually awake by 3 or 4am and can do nothing and it seems to me the more I complain the later my call b3comes. It's very upsetting when I hear that customers who can get out of bed unaided or live with family are having earlier calls than me. I am at a loss as to know what to do, i have spoken to my social worker, she phones the office but iam afraid the person or persons involved are somewhat frugal with the truth. My daughter has also spoken to Louise in the but it seems no effort is being made to help me

The timing of my calls has improved and I'm feeling so much better. I would like to thank all who have been involved in helping me.

To date we have only been through the signing up and interviewing for Carers stage. However so far it's been a very warm, caring and professional experience and crucially the staff speak well of the company.

I will ping 5 stars once its all up and running and if our parent is happy.

Agincare provided inexperienced carers who sat in their bedroom all day leaving my dad strapped into his wheelchair on his own. Complaints were not passed on internally and customer support was non existent. Avoid like the plague.

Lisa and the team are amazing. We needed an urgent place for mum. Within a few hours we were able to take.mum to the care home. A lovely place with a real family feeling. Mum settled in very quickly happy eating her soup and Sandwich which they had kept for her. Thank you

Having been let down by another care provider, I was very sceptical about contacting another. I was caring for my parents and working so I needed help ASAP. Within one week of my call, Agincare had arranged & completed assessments for my parents, found a suitable carer and moved them in. Throughout the process, I found all of the staff polite, professional, friendly and extremely organised.

The company were very helpful to accommodate my father with 4 days live in care. It was all set up within a day of my enquiry.

We have just completed the initial assessment process and found the Agincare team to be very responsive, thorough and prompt in their approach. The fact that they are a CQC registered company with all carers employed by them was particularly reassuring. The booking process, carers and value for money will be the subject of future reviews.

Support and communication with Michael Edge has been first class.

He has supported us with arranging a complex respite placement needing specialist equipment. Michael understood immediately why this needed processing urgently. He responded quickly, clearly and delivered what he promised to do keeping us fully informed at every stage.

Very thorough assessment before live in care started. Excellent carer, so kind and thoughful

My mum has been at Gainsborough for 2 years & been well looked after.They have some really good staff working there & I much appreciate the care they have given mum.

Agincare home managers were kind and helpful. Took on a difficult task.
Payment was clear and easy.

Very professional assessment, respond quickly to queries and always available.

The residents seem happy and content, the staff are friendly and the place has a very homely feel to it, with lots going on. The manager was very approachable and understanding.

Agincare team answered all our questions and addressed any concerns that we might have had around bringing an elderly relative back to their home.
The team was extremely helpful and very approachable. We are very happy with the company.

The carers who looked after my Mum for almost 3 weeks respite had formed a really good relationship with her and really seemed to care about her to the extent that I decided to make Edgehill her forever home.
