Professional upfront process.
The process of the initial discussion was professional, and also vey personal to our needs. It was a step by step approach checking each way that we understood what we were doing.
The paper work sent with our choices was simple. They did a follow-up which was very helpful before we made our decision.

We found all the staff very helpful and efficient and all aspects were completed very quickly. We especially found the home visits helpful which we preferred than doing it all online.
