We were very unlucky with missing out on a number of properties, but once we got going with an accepted offer, Yas we super on top of all our requests for information and keeping us informed of everything what was happening. She used her initiative when needed and was really instrumental in getting us over the line before the stamp duty deadline! A big thank you to Yas and the team at AH.

The service was excellent value for money
The service was excellent value for money (fixed upfront fee option). The house was well presented to potential buyers online and the viewings well organised. Agent Hybrid had a track record of selling similar properties to ours in the same area, and their experience paid off as the house was sold in a few days, and we were quite pleased.

AMAZING Service!
Brilliant service by Ashley, Yasemin and James throughout the process of selling our house and buying another. From start to finish communication was excellent, continuously providing updates and clarity at each stage of the process. Our house was sold within days, and they went above and beyond to also help us with our search. First class service and could not recommend enough!
