Agent Hybrid Stevenage
The team at Agent Hybrid especially James all worked very hard to sell our property and get it through to a successful completion. There were a few hiccups along the way but these were overcome successfully. House buying and selling is a very stressful process and you need good estate agents and solicitors behind you to provide professional help and support.

Patience is virtue
Patience is virtue, no-one better than team AgentHybrid knows about this when it comes to property buy and sell. We were buying property through AH team. Ashley did super job, from initial viewing, negotiation to finally accepting offer. Yasemin, sale progressor, were also eager to help with every query we had. There are so many parties involved in whole process, team AH patiently help everyone through out the process in prompt and professional manner. Communication was key in whole buying process and team AH did excellent job with that.

A truly excellent experience!
A truly excellent experience from this team. They had a viewing arranged for the house even before the details were available on Rightmove. We sold the house 48 hours later for £5k more than our asking price.
Throughout the contract process Agent Hybrid handled all the repeat viewings from the buyer, and kept us informed every step of the way.
I can't praise them highly enough. Plus - with their up front payment option, we saved about £6k compared to the other estate agents who quoted for us.
We dealt with Ashley, James and Yasmin. They are a really great team. Thanks for everything.

Highly recommended
I called in Agent Hybrid as I liked their charging structure which was much better than a percentage charge on the final sale. Ashley is a knowledgeable of the area and the prices a house could go for. He was really friendly, helpful and professional in dealing with me. Ashley took the photos of the house which enabled a quick turnaround to produce the brochure. Agent Hybrid use the major websites to advertise the house and was able to get viewings booked quickly and I was able to see the bookings via my email.
Yasemin managed the whole process after I had the offers. She made weekly calls for an update but would call if she needs to ask her question or an urgent update. Yasemin is great to work with, friendly, professional and gave me confidence when I was unsure. James and Hayley were also helpful when I called in.
I would highly recommend Agent Hybrid.

An ideal first-time renting experience
My girlfriend and I rented our first flat from Agent Hybrid in Stevenage, and could not have asked for a better renting experience.
I've heard horror stories from friends about experiences with other agents, but we didn't see any of the common gripes you often hear. All of the team were friendly and helpful. Any issues (electrical, plumbing & general maintenance etc.) in the flat were dealt with extremely quickly - often on the same or next day. When we left we had a quick walk around with Ashley, and got our full deposit back with no issues at all.
A lovely flat and not a single complaint about the service we received from Agent Hybrid - Couldn't have asked for better.

We are disappointed to read your comments when you know full well that both your bed and mattress were replaced early in your tenancy as you complained of back issues in the first instance. We identified that bed slats on the bed were loose and some broken. You then alerted us that you felt something was biting your skin within the room. You felt it was bed bugs, despite the bed and mattress being replaced. You took it upon yourself to buy treatment for bed bugs and we asked you to keep us informed on the matter.
When you felt this wasn't helping, we appointed pest control to make two visits to the entire property, at a cost of £840.00 to the landlord. We took their professional opinion on board and they advised that one visit would have been suffice. However, two visits were made to your room specifically. They did suggest that perhaps something had been brought into the room in by you externally, that was causing the issue. I must also highlight that the carpet was replaced in your room prior to your tenancy, due to water damage from a leak.
Our latest correspondence with you, was to offer to show you other rooms at other properties, with a view to moving you elsewhere and to see if we could make your tenancy experience better. You replied to this email on the 17th April 2021, with the below comments;

I will have to get back to you really soon with a plan.
I have to say that I seem to be winning against the bugs a big at the moment also.
The bugs I find are hard like grains of sand not soft, they sometimes feel like spiky little balls/beetles.
My cleaning and hoovering routine seems to be getting on top of them however I am still working on my wardrobe as they seem to have taken to my clothes.
I would like to see Pankhurst and Colenswood please.

You later asked how many tenants resided at each house you were interested in and you were replied to. We have not heard from you since, other than by a tirade of what I would regard as threatening emails to the company, with regards to your 'bed bug' issue.
We have addressed the matter in hand by means within our control and you have been offered to move to another property. I have tried to call you this morning to discuss the above further and you have denied the call, but immediately emailed to advise you do not wish to speak on the phone.

Excellent communication throughout
Ashley and James were both excellent at pre sale stage. We agreed a price for the sale and within 24 hours had nine viewings lined up. We had two asking price offers and one above asking price. Once the sale as agreed Yasemin worked really hard to make sure the sale progressed. She kept us updated throughout the process. I would recommend this estate agents every time.

We brought a 2 bed property from Agent Hybrid during Covid-19 lockdown. Yasemin Akan was so helpful throughout what turned to be a 6 month process due to chain complications. Yasemin, was responsive, reliable and detailed with her information. We really valued her transparency and effort, especially when the top of the chain were so difficult to communicate with. Yasemin stood out in the somewhat painful 6 month process as a beacon of light!
