Eigentlich dürfte afterhourshobby noch nicht mal einen Stern bekommen. Ich bin dummerweise in eine Abofalle geraten. Als ich ein paar Minuten später mitbekam wo ich gelandet bin, war es schon zu spät und endlose Konversationen über einen Chat begannen. Ich war natürlich auch gleich als VIP eingetragen und mir wurden über 60 Euro Beitrag abgebucht, insgesamt mit Kündigungsgebühr und allem drum und dran 76 Euro.
Die Kündigung hat gefruchtet und nichts wurde mehr abgebucht. Also dachte ich mir, ich schreibe das Geld ab und will nie wieder mit diesen (für mich betrügerischen) Machenschaften etwas zu tun haben.
Nun, 5 Monate später bekomme ich mit Abstand 2 Mails, in denen mir angeboten wird, mir das Geld kulanterweise zurückzuzahlen, aber nur, wenn ich Sie hier bei Trustpilot bewerte, und zwar mit mind. 3 bis 5 Sternen, sonst könne man mir das Geld nicht zurückzahlen.
Für mich ist das eindeutig eine Erpressung. Wie kann ich diese dubiosen Machenschaften mit 3 - 5 Sternen bewerten?
Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen, lasst die Finger von afterhourshobby!!!!

Heute, am 30.05.2024, habe ich die 3. Mail, von gleicher Person und gleichem Text erhalten. Wieder mit der Aufforderung hier auf Trustpilot 3 - 5 Sterne zu geben, sonst könne man das Geld nicht erstatten.

Am 06.06.2024 hat der nächste Mitarbeiter mir per Mail mitgeteilt, dass ich erst bewerten soll, sonst könne man das Geld nicht zurückzahlen. Nun sollen es schon 4 - 5 Sterne sein.

Following my latest review I wanted to add another 1* review for their continuous attempts of 'offering' me a refund of the money they (Fancymeshop & AfterHoursHobby = same team) stole from me in exchange of an edit of my review, from negative to positive. They also ask me to refrain from using words such as 'scam' and 'fraud which I'd love to, if they would just stop behaving in a fraudulent way. Now I am offering a 1* review for each time you'll still try to reach me out with you SCAM/FRAUD.

I really like the goods and services on the website. However, it was an unfortunate for not being to order the products because the country lists is limited to some region including mine. I would suggest that if the country lists must be updated and broaden to some which are not in the list and more customers like me will order without restrictions.

C’est quoi cette arnaque j’ai payé 9,99€ une robe qui devais arriver deux jours après jamais arrivé la sur mon compte bancaire ils m’ont retirer 80€ ils ont juste volé nos données ces arnaqueurs.

I never heard of Afterhourshobby until I saw their name in my bank account today. This is how it happened:
I received a text message saying "there is an update regarding your mail." Stupidly I clicked on it and was brought to a page from what appeared to be a delivery company with a tracking number. This said I owed $2 or €2 (£1.75) for a package and "If you do not pay the shipping-fee within 24 hours, your parcel will be returned to sender." I (stupidly again) assumed it was from a friend abroad, possibly the US where I have lots of connections, and the postage was short - this has happened to me before. So I paid it and then was quickly transferred to a page that said "Secure Payment" and from there to AfterHoursHobby. But, what I didn't see was, at the bottom of the "secure payment" page, in tiny pale grey writing, the name AfterHoursHobby + an agreement to their membership, and a secondary membership of "2x recurring payments every 14 days, current rate (48 €)" - with a box ALREADY TICKED. BTW, I only discovered that after everything was done as the page was still open on my laptop. By then realizing I'd been scammed, I immediately went to my bank account and saw the £1.75 pending to Afterhourshobby in my account. Long long story short, after much chatting with what seemed like a real person on their website, and threatening them with ActionFraud/Police, I have been promised that my "membership" is cancelled (I did get an email to that effect) and the money will be refunded in "7 to 10 business days." The chat person said I had to have signed up as they had info that only I could have given them. That is a bit scary. This only happened today so I very much hope I will never hear the name Afterhourshobby again, or see it in my bank statements. If I do, I go directly to ActionFraud.com. Needless to say, there went my whole afternoon!

Absolute scam. My nana bought something off them, they kept her card details and billed her every two weeks claiming it’s in their ts & cs. They gave her credits for this money which expire monthly, and you can’t even spend the credits. 3 times we’ve tried and keep getting an order cancellation due to no stock.

Totally scam. I got a mail, asking to answer a few questions rearding bol.com. In the end they promised a free milk shaker Dualit, needed to claim the price. Than had to pay € 2,00 for shipping, the credit card accordance did not work so I agreed twice. Nowhere mentioned that you agree with a membership. Than 2x € 2,00 were deducted from my account. I felt scammed so unsubscribed straight away, was not possible, you had to wait 8 hours. Now another € 8,00 are are decucted. Nowhere I was attented to the fact that if I unsubscribe it costs € 8,00. I found out when I surched the site. Bol.com shoud be aware of this scam as well. A day later they also withdrawl € 68,00. They say I signed up for it. I did the interview again to see what I missed. The 5 star review people let themselves fooled with the promiss that the return your money if you change your review.

Shop and £2.00,to AfterHoursHobby.Com, I Never Received The Mini Projector Which was Advertised, This is False Advertising and entrapment, I Couldn't Get My Money Back They Said if I Gave Them a Good Review on Trust Pilot they Would Refund me, I am To Honest to Do That, so I Lost My Money, How Many people is this Happening to, Disgusting People.

Total scam.. I signed up for a Sephora membership and It turned out to be some random "shop" with no specific purpose. ALSO when I cancelled my unwanted membership I was charged 10$.. Well, I wasn't cause I blocked my card a day before... BE careful guys ...

They gave quick respond to my problem and their product are easily delivered
