Try for yourself.

As a first time user, I was extremely disappointed.
I made an urgent transfer, they cancelled my transfer while I was asleep and credited the money to the account, not my card.
I made the transfer again and it took more then 6 hours to process.

I am beyond frustrated with Afriex

I am beyond frustrated with Afriex. They are currently holding my funds with no clear explanation and no timeline for release.

I have contacted their support team multiple times, only to receive the same copy-paste corporate templates. They claim they are diligently working on the issue, but they refuse to provide a single concrete fact about why my money is being withheld or when I will get it back.

It is completely unacceptable for a financial service to go silent on a customer’s money. Professional emails don't pay bills, my money does. If you value your peace of mind and want a service that actually respects your hard earned funds, STAY AWAY FROM AFRIEX.

I will update this review if and when they actually decide to do the right thing and release my money, but until then, consider this a warning to everyone else.

Instant transfer and delivery

Instant transfer and delivery, with great exchange rate. Quick response to customer in time of challenges is another motivation. Afriex is advancing in its operations.

In Nov 24-25/2025 deposited $150

In Nov 24-25/2025 deposited $150, did not use monies.
Found in Afriex walket 150$ today 1/26/26, sent $10?as test, received verification sent n received by receiver.
Sent remainder 140$ to same and still processing at this time 1734. Sent inquiry.

It is a SCAM

It is a SCAM. I have paid $5 for virtual card but didn't recieve the card at all. When contacting customer service, they said you can't get the virtual card and your money won't be refunded. I don't recommend this app for anyone new to download and use it unless you want to be scammed. 0/5 SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM

I thought this was a good app but then…

I thought this was a good app but then they started nosing into my business I sent them all my info then I started getting emails wanting to know where I worked proof of that ?then what was my relationship with who I was sending to which in my opinion is nobodies business but mine.Then wanted a picture of me holding my card which I already had done
