Very horrible customer service. It’s been over two months since I have not received my order. I was told that I needed proof that I didn’t receive my order purchased from this company. Please save your money and don’t order from this company. They are stealing peoples hard earned money. This business is not legit. It’s a group of people stealing money from those interested in their advertised products that’ll never be delivered.

This is a scam. You order the first thing which then takes weeks to arrive and then the following they just take the same money out of your back again and say you signed a subscription. Why would you have a subscription for the same thing every month?? This is bonkers. Scam scam scam.

I ordered a necklace in March which I actually did receive in April after waiting for International shipping (I mistakenly thought it was a US Company).
In May I received a "Thank You for your Order #xxxxx for the exact same necklace. After contacting Customer Service by email to inform them there must be an error, I'm informed that I was enrolled in their "VIP Subscription Membership" when I placed my order.

1. I never enrolled into ANYTHING!
2. Why would you have a "Subscription" to have the same necklace billed & shipped to you every month?

I had to dispute the charge with my bank to get my refund. DEFINITELY A SCAM !!! BEWARE!!!

I ordered from this company towards the end February, I received confirmation that it was shipped in March. In April I realized that my product still hasn’t arrived so I contacted customer service and was told to wait a week. I waited a week, and still nothing. Contacted them again and was told to wait until April 30. I waited, still no package. I have sent them 4 emails since May 2nd and I have received no response. Please do not purchase anything from this company. Definitely a scam.

I ordered and received no confirmation, delivery date expectations and no follow up to my email inquiry. It’s a scam for sure

Reklamation angemerkt und auch erst eine Mail zurück bekommen mit den „wir kümmern uns, schick uns Fotos“. Habe ich gemacht und seit einem Monat höre ich nichts mehr und es wird auch nicht mehr reagiert.

I ordered two of the choker necklaces November 9, 2025. They sent me an email to track my order. The tracking was in Chinese. A month later still no product received. I contacted customer service and it was about a week when they responded. Their website says within 48 hours. Anyways two weeks later I contacted customer service again. And about a week later they contacted me with the same email word for word. The customer service person is named Rizzo. I sent another email stating I just wanted a full refund. Rizzo emailed me again stating pretty much what the other two emails said. “She was checking on the product.” So I finally went through my bank and got my full refund within 24 hours. I would not recommend ordering anything from this company. They are fraudulent.

Trash, the chains they send you are not the chains they show you on the website. One good tug on one of these chains and it will fall apart!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
