Had to wait too long for arrival of the books.
Both books have the same exercises & content, so very disappointed.
Content definitely not value for money.

Considering the country it came from I though ordering was easy, the delivery was efficient and the notification were excellent.

I ordered a book on Chair yoga 13/5/26 and I am still waiting and after several attempts to clarify this with them their support team are uncontactable and may have moved. I can only assume this is a con so BUYERS BEWARE.

Very happy with the sunglasses, they fit well over my normal glasses. I didn’t realise they were coming from America so took a while to arrive! Just in time for the sunshine next week 🤩
