Just picked up the name through a local search for installers of digital aerials. Receptionist was very professional and said as it was past 2pm she could not guarantee a visit on that day. Had a call back around 5pm offering me the first slot of the next day…8-9am. Ashley arrived at 8.30 and after explaining a few things he gave me a quote which included all new fixings to the chimney and a new pole. Just over an hour later he was retuning my Humax box and we got 170 channels!! Ashley is a real polite and helpful guy and you could just tell that he worked for a real professional organisation. That is what I liked about aerial force….a national company who operate using fixed prices so you feel you are not being ripped off. I would recommend them to anyone.

Ricky came to replace our old aerial that blew down in the recent storms. He was very helpful finding a way to get on the roof which was tricky and extremely efficient. I would not hesitate to recommedt this company again.

I had closed my SKY subscription due to the mounting monthly costs .I decided to go down the Free Sat route .
Emailed Aerial Force, was contacted by Kim in a matter of minutes and appt arrange for engineer to visit the following morning at 9.00am . Spencer installed an addition to my aerial , and 2 Free Sat boxes , quickly and efficiently . Excellent Service !

I HAD AN AERIAL AND ALSO CCTV FITTED AND THE ENGINEER PROMISED TO COME BACK WHEN MY INTERNET WAS FITTED - STILL NO SIGN OF HIM AFTER REPEATED MESSAGES AND ALSO THE CCTV IS COMPLETELY USELESS

Liam from Aerialforce called to sort problems with my aerial and cabling after recent storms. Was every professional explained the issues that required attention and completed the work effectively

I called to get my tv mounted and Gavin came round within half an hour.
Really professional service and Gavin talked me through the process and offered me advice on the height of mounting etc. Gavin was so good and didn't leave until the tv was all set up.
Would definitely recommend.

I needed to arrange for a technician to help set up our Aerial system and connection to Sky via Wi-Fi and the company was prompt in answering our call sending the tech whose name was John, a pleasant and very competent tech who very soon corrected a disaster done by what he described as a DIY system that we had been provided with.

Really impressed by Aerialforce. Ahmad and his colleague gave me the option of not replacing my aerial and making use of the existing (redundant) satellite dish instead. This has saved me many £100s of pounds as I no longer need to subscribe to a tv package from my internet service provider. Great job and very good value for what they did/time spent

Had Wes from Aerial Force who was very helpful and efficient. Soon got the job fixed.

Cancelled booking twice with no explanation. Avoid at all costs.
Same day call out is misleading.
Edit: 3rd booking now cancelled. They advertise same day, can’t even provide a service within a week.
Their 5 star reviews are also misleading. Check out Martin Lewis website regarding these cowboys.

A new aerial needed to be installed as the cabling an aerial were old. The company sent someone out within 2 hours which was great as the only other company locally who picked up the phone said January.
Lee was courteous, tidy, explained the pricing structure and was keen to make sure I was absolutely happy before leaving.(LongBennington)

I called and was given an appointment time/day but then heard no more. The technicial never called and never turned up on the allotted time/day. I sent an email to the company afterwards and so far it's been ignored.

Do not use this company, i cannot believe the attitude of engineer thst. Did not complete my job I am a single disabled female having had a brain inju this company is definitely one to avoid !!!!! £300. Fo a job Thsts in comp. I have no receipt he wouldn’t even give me my invoice

Just had a aerial fitted by two lovely gentlemen. They were friendly, professional & polite. Gave me a quote but didn't push for us to have it done. They were quick & never made any mess. Would recommend to anyone . Thanks to you both

Quick efficient service. One telephone call and a new aerial the next morning. Arron arrived at the time indicated, and I can't fault the customer service and professionalism.

Aerialforce were very prompt, efficient and professional in their response to our requirements. We found their engineers Tom and Matthew very polite, friendly and professional and, extremely knowledgeable. Our problems were rectified quickly and with very little fuss. An overall excellent service.

Great service from Mitchel and immediate set up. Gave some great advice and very courteous.
