Excellent super efficient service, booked for quote, received call back within minutes, aerial installed by friendly engineer in less than 24 hours :)

Called company Thursday evening. Had appointment for Friday by 1930. Ashley arrived late am and within the hour had analysed the problem of no signal, fitted new bracket, dish, and transponder and checked reception. This was great service with a really customer orientated technician.

Fast and efficient, everything went okay, friendly engineer.

Had a major aerial problem at our 4 Storey house and after contacting Aerial Force , they arranged for a technician to come out the same day. It was quite a complicated cable issue requiring access to the roof and relaying of cables but Ricky St.J gave first class service at a very reasonable cost .

Just had a couple of CCTV cameras added to our existing system. The whole experience has been excellent. Called for some info and Jason Mc came the next day and left us with a written quote. Very reasonable price, so we called a week later and booked installation for the next day. Jason has just left and everything is working perfectly. The original installation from Prime Security was a bit poor, and Jason was good enough to tidy up their cables and leave us in a much better position than before. Really impressed with Aerial Force from admin to install. Highly recommended

Great service and advice provided by Ahmad. He advised not to fix the television aerial but to replace the satellite dish and install a box. Prompt installation and very good customer service. I would recommend Aerialforce.

Using Aerialforce was really easy from setting up the no fee appointment for a quote, to the arrival of the technician and the carrying out of the work. Ricky St. the technician was patient when I explained what wanted and the fact I hate wires and then did a great job.

I contacted them about the problem I had with my aerial and they called me back quickly, made an appointment for the following day and fixed the problem efficiently. The man who visited was helpful and explained everything well. I would definitely recommend this company.

Fantastic service, friendly engineer (Mark), and my wonky aerial that had been battered in the was fixed within 3 hours of speaking to aerialforce!

My aerial blew of the roof during high winds, I called Aerial Force and they were able to send out Darren, who priced the job and put up a new aerial within the hour and I was very happy with it!

After moving back into a recently renovated house our TV didn't work even though we had a new aerial and TV points put in. We rang Aerial Force and they sent out an engineer the same day. Ricky was the engineer, he was very knowledgeable - he came out sorted the problem out. I would absolutely use this company again and recommend them.

after speaking with the office to make the appointment Peter the engineer called and came to access our situation on the same day and after the agreed price he did the job there and then. I can not praise him enough he was kind well mannered knew what he was talking about the work first class no problems what so ever I would highly recommend using Peter and Aerialforce again 100%

I have read a lot of the previous reviews for Aerialforce. I’m sorry that a small proportion of you did not rate them well. My experience was fantastic! Start to finish, Arron was excellent. Not even 24 hours since calling, he arrived to wall mount a Sky glass tv in the living room and a large tv in the bedroom. Beautifully done. Clean, tidy and organised and above all professional. Personally, I have nothing but praise for Arron. Exceptional service. Glad I chose Aerialforce.

Excellent service from start to finish, new aerial and two new aerial points. Ashley was very polite and courteous cleaned up after himself, also extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent Service - contacted me straight away, service engineer Steven came same day and diagnosed that our old Sky dish and LNB was the issue - fitted a new dish and quad 4K LNB and all was up and running and much better than before.

Excellent service. Raymond diagnosed the reasons for our lack of connectivity quickly, and solved the problems by installing a proper, up to date aerial.
He also expertly fitted and set up two new wall mounted TVs. In addition, he made sure I knew how the new pieces of technology worked before he left which was very much appreciated. Thanks again.
