I received regular updates via email and both the office (phone) and pick up/drop off personnel were prompt, polite and professional. The repairs were completed and the car once returned looked good as new (complete with valet!) - would recommend

Smooth and stress free collection and delivery of my car following an accident repair. My car was repaired within a few days which was very helpful to .e as I have a notability car on behalf of my daughter I received my car back yesterday and it came back in excellent condition I would highly recommend this company for any repairs that need to be undertaken thank you for doing such an excellent job.

First class service
The whole experience was very good. The service was exceptional and very slick. All members of staff were helpful at every stage and it was great to have the car taken from my house and returned to the front door.
The work appears to be first class. I would certainly recommend the company.

2nd time of using them……. Quality control leaves something to be desired …… finish not perfect on both occasions and had to go back to resolve areas where obvious blemishes and marks remained

They did a good job repairing the car but notified insurance company that the car was repaired 3 weeks before it was by mistake causing us a lot of problems with the courtesy car company
