We bought a turbo and actuator. Actuator was the wrong part. They corrected the issue and immediately sent the correct part out. Truck is back up and running! Thanks Daniel and Adam!!

My CPC unit was stolen and I ordered…

My CPC unit was stolen and I ordered what was the wrong part and quickly order another. I called to return the first part and they caught my mistake and quickly stop payment and refunded my money!!! Excellent customer service and support!!!!

Entendemos que cuando se trata de refacciones para camiones y partes para camiones diésel, recibir el número de parte equivocado puede causar retrasos y afectar su trabajo. Esa no es la experiencia que queremos que tenga con Advanced Truck Parts.

Por favor contáctenos directamente con su número de orden y, si es posible, una foto de la etiqueta de la parte que recibió. Queremos revisar el error de inmediato y coordinar el envío de la pieza correcta o el proceso de devolución lo antes posible.

You prematurely sent this notification…

You prematurely sent this notification that my package had been delivered. According to the tracking number it hasn't even arrived at my local Post office in Pandora. In fact, our mail hasn't even been delivered yet.... So how can you tell me that my package has been delivered when my mail hasn't even gone yet? I was sent on a wild goose chase looking everywhere for that package thinking, maybe it got delivered to the wrong house! Not happy.

We’re very sorry for the confusion and frustration this caused.

Delivery notifications are typically triggered automatically based on carrier tracking updates. If you received a “delivered” notification before your mail had even run — and tracking didn’t yet show arrival at your local post office in Pandora — we completely understand why that would send you searching and thinking it may have been misdelivered.

That’s not the experience we want for our customers. When ordering semi-truck or heavy-duty truck parts, you should be able to rely on accurate shipping updates without second-guessing where your package is.

We would recommend continuing to monitor the carrier tracking directly, as sometimes scans can be delayed or prematurely updated. That said, we’re happy to review the tracking details on our end as well. Please reach out with your order number so we can look into it and, if needed, contact the carrier for clarification.

We apologize again for the unnecessary stress this caused and appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

The part was good

The part was good, it was suppose to deliver overnight but it took 4 days to receive the part ordered it Thursday and didn't receive it until Monday right at 7 o'clock
