Advanced Repair did a perfect job and very quickly. The repair was to the display cable (Flexgate) and my MacBook Pro now works again (yay!) and it's not possible to tell the MacBook has been repaired.

Advanced Repair brilliantly did a very swift job of bringing my Huawei Matebook D15 laptop back to life by opening it up and making the power port/socket work again. Communication was very good, and I posted it on a Wednesday and had it back on the Saturday revitalised.

I had been nervous of sending my laptop off to anyone but it seems I needn't have worried. I was always impressed by Advanced Repair being the only repair website that I had encountered that detailed the specific problem with my particular laptop and offered a solution. They were also kind to listen to my many queries for ten minutes over the phone; then when they received the laptop, they couldn't have fixed it and sent it back any quicker.

To give a bit more detail:

My laptop had stopped being able to charge up. I had initially thought it might just need a new cable, but none of the replacements I bought worked. I looked at other possibilities but reluctantly came to the conclusion that the port/socket was the problem and so the laptop would need to be opened up.

So, this is where Advanced Repair came in. They put me at ease over the phone and I soon packaged the laptop inside its original box with a lot of bubble wrap, foam and tape and sent it from where I live in Kent on 8 February. I know via Royal Mail tracking it arrived in Bradford the following day just before 11am and then was sent back to me repaired in little more than two hours, if that. It arrived to my house on 11 February (because I had asked for 48-hour tracked delivery) and now works with any of the three cables that I own.

I certainly do not regret picking Advanced Repair over Huawei. I had contacted the latter, but found their customer service terrible (and judging by their ratings and feedback on various websites, most people agree). They had no working phone number, the emailed responses I received seemed bot-like, evasive and unable to give answers to basic questions regarding where the laptop would be sent and what the cost would likely be.

Therefore, if you have the same problem as I had, definitely go with Advanced Repair. They couldn't have been any clearer or quicker.

They fixed my monitor with no issues and very quickly - saving me a lot of money on a replacement. Thank you very much guys!

I own a Remarkable 2 tablet. The USB charging port got damaged. Remarkable do not offer a repair service. I found this business on a web search. I sent the item in on 14/02. It was repaired on 15/02. I received it on 16/02. It works as if it was never damaged. The tablet charges and holds its charge and the only damage visible is the original impact damage. All this for under £70 (when you add in the cost of my postage and packaging too). If, unfortunately, I have to have another gadget repaired, this business will be my first port of call.

Outstanding service. Had a problem with my Nebula Capsule which Nebula refused to do anything about. These guys knew the exact problem, I paid a flat fee, sent it away and it came back perfectly working within 72 hours. Great comms, great price and great service. I had a Meberry tablet that had a damaged charging port. Found these guys online so phoned them. Friendly and helpful so I decided to risk sending it away to be repaired. It was back a week later fully functional and didn't break the bank. Great service and will definitely recommend them and use them again if necessary.

I was struggling to charge my Cubot Phone and after trying a few chargers, I realised the problem was with the phone. I nervously sent it off to Advanced Repair and was immediately put at my ease by the prompt communication. The service was quick and efficient. I had my phone back in working order, in the timespan I was given. I would recommend them for repairs where a charging port needs to be replaced.

I dropped my remarkable 2 and the power button got stuck. I tried everything to fix it and went to a few phone repair shops, but nobody wanted to touch it. Finding out the Advanced Repair website was a blessing: I sent the remarkable on Sunday and got it back on Thursday all fixed (would have been back on Wednesday if it hadn't been for some royal mail issues). Amazing service!!

My PS5's fan connector had broken off the motherboard! after searching around I found Advanced Repair. Their price was the cheapest and they were offering a quick turn around. A quick google search told me they were legit, so I booked the repair. Posted on the Thursday they received it on Friday and the Tuesday after they confirmed the work was complete and it arrived back with me on the Wednesday!!
PS5 is now in full working order in a matter of a couple of days. brilliant service and will definitely use again if needed.

I had an cracked screen on my blackview bl8800 pro 5g(an obscure phone brand) and these guys were able to repair it for over £100 cheaper than the next company. In addition to this I was able to pay for the service and wait for them to get the parts in before shipping it to them. Absolutely fantastic.

I had a Fire HD 10 9th Generation that was complaining about moisture in the USB C port, even though there was non. Advanced Repair took delivery of my tablet on a sunday, fixed it, and i got it back in thursday with the problem fixed, 100% Recommend them!

Desperate email sent when I discovered my remarkable 2 had a stuck power button, and it is a key piece of my work tech!
Happened to be in Bradford with work so I just drove to the shop, was met with a big welcome and reassured that it was in good hands.
Really professional service and I went away to do some errands.
Within 30 minutes it was done and I was called to come back and collect. It was working perfectly again!
