Speedy repair, I chose the option to pay once it had been repair as I was a bit dubious that it could be fixed. Had an email to say it had been repaired and I needed to pay, it arrived couple days later and it all works perfectly, so happy thought I was going to have to fork out another few hundred quid to buy a new watch! Thanks very much!

Absolutely amazing. I had a screen issue on my macbook. Spot on, they located the problem and repaired it speedily. Looks great. Definitely to mention the great customer service and communication. As it takes quite a bit of trust to send away a laptop - they constantly updated me and gave me great comfort that all is in hand. Payment in advance was absolutely fine. No disappointment, can highly recommend.

I searched for someone to repair my Garmin S62 for a long time, and then I came across this company. I was a bit sceptical at first as I was told it could not be repaired by Garmin. I contacted Advance Repair and was told, I had to pay for the part first then they would contact me. A week passed and nothing I started to get worried, but then a few days later they contacted me. I took my watch in for repair, and after giving them my watch and talking to them, they took it away for a moment and gave it back to me saying it did not need the work it was booked in for and yes I could see it was perfect. they refunded me the price of the part I had purchased. what a great set of guys I could have been £160 out of pocket. it's nice to see there are some honest people out there.

It is great to find a business that actually does what they say on the website. Very prompt and efficient service.
Our faulty VW media unit was posted to them on Thursday and we had it back fully repaired 2 days later on the Saturday morning. Excellent.

Fantastic communication and VERY speedy service. I posted my Samsung Tablet on 27th (Sadly Royal mail failed on Special delivery next day by 1 pm but that's a whole different story). Advanced Repair got my tablet on 29th and by 2pm it had been sent back special delivery. Arrived this morning well packed and fixed. I am delighted with the service, and speed from Advanced Repair and will use them in the future for tech repairs. A fair price for a great service 10/10

Found these guys online offering to replace the faulty screen on my van's media console when everyone else said the whole unit needed to be replaced. Once I worked out how to remove the unit from the dashboard to post it to them, everything was very easy. The price (quoted in advance) was clear, far cheaper than the alternatives and included secure return shipping. Great email communication, very quick, and it works perfectly now. Great job, highly recommended.

Watch went out broke and came back fixed! Little lacking on the communication of where my item was but eventually contacted them to assure they had it. Overall happy with the cost and experience to fix my older Fenix 5x Plus Screen.

Edit. The company has asked me to update my review to give them 5 stars as they apparently messaged me even though I did not see the message. So I'll go from 4 stars to 5 even though my original experience still stands.

I found it on the internet, and I called and talked to it. My Doogee S60 phone was not charging. They repaired it perfectly within 1 week and sent it back. Fast and special cargo delivery was made. Whenever I called, I was informed immediately. Thank you again, and I recommend it.

I sent the laptop away for repair on the Wednesday and it was repaired on the Friday. Received it back today and very pleased with the repair.

Highly recommended and will happily use again for any future contacts.

Sent to be repaired, received back three days later, fully restored. Fantastic service and fast turnaround, and I want to express my appreciation more than happy.

Came across them accident trying to locate a new lcd infotainment for my wife’s mini. Emailed them photo of part and the fault. They said they could repair it and true to their word they did! Simple speedy process. Mini wanted £2000 for replacement parts. Best I could get from breakers yard was £400, but they repaired it for £190. Can’t recommend this service highly enough.

My mobile phone had stopped reading my sim card and I was reluctant to buy a new phone because apart from the sim card not working it worked perfectly fine. Advaced Repair fixed it for a great price.

Posted to them and repaired and returned within 1 working week.
Unit is completely functioning again. Couldn't be more satisfied.

Repaired the touchscreen on my Seat Alhambra Sat Nav in 20 minutes for £170. Very pleased with the result. Would highly recommend. Car dealerships will not do this repair and will charge £2000 to replace the whole unit which is unnecessary.

Efficient and effective service. High level of service inspires confidence and I highly recommend.

Update 12/10/23: originally this was a 1 star review for the below! I did receive an email from the company apologising and providing a-little more detail around the delays! Also they pointed out that they have replaced a few screws and no cost to myself. I’m glad the company reached out and hopefully they can put some things in place to keep customers informed on longer repair jobs. I have upped the rating alittle to reflect the email I received and the uncharged work carried out l!

Very disappointed, arranged to post in my Nintendo switch which I did on a Friday and was booked it on the Saturday morning (so far so good), then waited the 1-2 working days, after 4 working day I emailed to try and find out what was happening. I was promised that someone would find out and email me back! This didn’t happen so I called and was told they were having problems locating the fault and this should be resolved the next day and then I would receive an email updating me (ok appreciate the time taking to try and locate problem, not great communications but I’ll bear with)! Another 5 days go by and I hear nothing! Call up again and I’m told they can find the fault so will just raise an invoice for me to pay postage to return the device. So all in all I will have waited 2 weeks and paid £15+ in postage costs to be told they have no idea what’s wrong! Unfortunately cannot warrant any higher rating as poor customer service and poor technical service. For future if you had bothered communicating and not leaving me to chase all the time then the rating would have been much higher.
