Thank you for taking the time to leave your review.
Your order was placed on the evening of the 27th, so this was dispatched on the 28th and delivered to you on the 29th. We appreciate DPD did deliver slightly out of their hours ETA given to you, but this is only ever an ETA and their delivery time can sometimes be later than expected.
Upon receiving your delivery, you made us aware that you had only received 1 x packet of PG Tips Vending Leaf Tea and not the case ordered. Warehouse had mistakenly mispacked the order, which we sincerely apologise for.
We responded to your email first thing to apologise for our mistake and rectified this immediately by dispatching the missing items on a next working day service to you.
Whilst we of course appreciate the picking error should not have happened in the first place, we hope that our customer service that followed would have been better than the 2-stars given.
